"Either one sounds good" said Rio,

"So how much longer till we are out of here?" It felt like they had been walking forever. Sage wondered how long they really needed to make this? She just hoped they weren't the last group to get out.

Phoenix looked down at her map and saw there were only a few lines left, "We're almost there. So don't worry your pretty little head."

At the end of the Maze, X awaited the student and laughed manically. "I feel bad for these kids but the power!" He said to himself. He stopped laughing and frowned "am I going crazy? Why am I talking to my self?" He asked himself

((i can't say i have a problem with the Ziva and X thing lmao. they'd probably accidentally burn down the school or something though
Ziva had gone oddly quiet, pressing a hand to her chest as she walked to check on the bruising. It's an adventure!

Phoenix finally through the end of the maze and grinned as she saw X, "Hey, we made it everyone!"

"Awesome!" Sage run past the other and fell to the ground. "I can see things around me." Mazes were not her favorite, but she definitely had fun. And making friends was always something she loved doing.

Rio grinnned, watching X. "So what next?"

X laughed maniacally and started walking to the school, gesturing for them to follow him.

Arabella groaned and followed "why are you such a psycho?" She muttered. X just grinned

Rio sighed, falling into step.

Ziva sped up to match X's pace, skipping a bit. She stayed quiet though, looking around curiously.

Phoenix flew behind them, though it was more like hovering since she was only a few inches off the ground.

X lead them into a padded gym and stopped. The gym was mostly empty with a few training equipment here and there. (Think divergent training room)

Phoenix looked around and got a bit excited. It was another combat test, she could prove herself again!

Rio looked around, "So what do we have to do here?" he asked curiously.

"Welcome to your doom there are different kinds of weapons here. You are required to choose a weapon that calls to you and infuse it with a little of your power. Like so." X produced his double swords and closed his eyes. Suddenly a light blue aura surrounded him and was absorbed by his blades. Grinning at the students, he faced the target at the far side of the room and slashed his blades in an 'x' form. A second later, the bullseye had a smoking x

Rio grinned, "What if you already have a weapon that is infused with your aura?" he asked.

Phoenix watched him with awe. She had never seen anyone do that before, and it was a lot better than anything she could do. She had developed weapons to use, but never infused them. She was always scared that she would loose control and end up burning something down.

X grinned at Rio "then I guess you can go first. It takes years of Aura manipulation to have an attack as powerful as mine. You will learn all of it if you get into school."
