Caelan shot her a more than disapproving look. "You're going to need more than wood sweetheart, those guys are feral." he glanced back at the group of vampires before sighing. "Call me name. I'll be there, like I always have been."
Caelan planted a gentle kiss on her cheek before leaving her alone. No way was he going to the old theatre. No. Instead, he climbed up a building where he could overlook everything from the rooftops. That way, he would definitely be there to protect her.
¨OKay Dayton You Got This Dieing for the Guy you Love Okay¨ She said and stepped out from The wall. ¨OI!. . . A*holes!!!¨ she yelled And all four of them looked at Her ¨Sht¨ she said. She ran At them sliding underneath them she got on top of her car ¨Lets Go¨ she said Wood in her hand.
That's going to leave a mark.. Caelan huffed as he watched Dayton climb onto the roof of her car. How much damage did she think she would actually do with a bit of wood??
She climbed Inside the sun roof of her car And saw a gun and A baseball bat ¨Bingo¨ she said and grabbed them both climbing out. A vampire jumped on her car And she took a swing with the bat Knocking him head off splattering it on a building. And the Body dropped to the ground and it turned grey and burst into flames. ¨Holy Sh*t¨ she said looking at the bat with wide eyes.

A sharp pain ran crept through Caelan's core as he watched what Dayton had done. His wide eyes twitched slightly, his mouth agape in shock.
He felt like throwing up, like curling into a ball, like screaming. But he couldn't. As much as it pained him to watch Dayton kill his kind, he knew it had to be done if they wanted to survive.
Dayton Had blood Splattered on her cheek She killed the rest of them Blood getting everywhere. She looked down at herself ¨Ew¨ she said. She said a couple of scratches oh her neck and arms.
Horror filled Caelan's entire being as he stared at the spectacle below. So much blood, and Dayton was the one to spill it. Part of him was proud of her for performing that way, but a very small part of his brain wanted to fight her.
Stop it, I won't hurt her that way! he shook his head, too many unnecessary thoughts circling his mind. Caelan bounced down from the roof, running towards Caelan with what he hoped what a happy smile. "Didn't think you had it in you."
Dayton sighed, She could feel the blood on her face ¨I feel Disgusting, I need a shower¨ she said she looked around at the burning flames she dropped the bat realizing what she had done. Her hands were shaking ¨Oh god ¨ she ran a hand through her hair.
"The deed is done, no point getting upset about it." Caelan's voice was dry, a little too hollow for his liking. But he wasn't wrong. If Dayton was wanting to be safe now, she couldn't afford to be getting upset over killing something. "Lets go, we need to get back to yours." he gestured to her car.
She was currently standing on top of her car and sighed as she slipped through the sun roof she waited for him to get in and then started her car driving off.
When Caelan climbed into Dayton's car, he couldn't help but be concerned a little. "Okay so I know this is a stupid question, but are you feeling okay?" Of course it was a stupid question, most humans couldn't stomach killing something/someone the first time. After a while it would get easier…
She let out a shaky breath " I just killed four vampires with a fucking baseball bat… Honestly I'm scared for the first time in my life I'm afraid let's face it caelan I'm not one of…you I'm gonna die and I'm just gonna have to come to the fact that I'm never gonna go to college and I'm never gonna get married because no one will have the chance to love me' she said.
The last part of Dayton's rant confused him, and he was half tempted to give her the disgusted 'what' expression. But he kept it in, and shrugged a little. "Well unless you're willing to try and have a relationship with a monster or whatever, I wouldn't be getting upset over that." he turned his eyes to the world outside the window, viewing the chaos of death and violence. "You're not going to die, okay? I won't let that happen."
" you can't promise that everyone dies eventually maybe it's my time maybe it's what I'm destined to do" she said
Caelan forced Dayton's foot down onto the break, bringing the car to a halt in the middle of the road. He turned to her, fire burning in his eyes. "Listen to me, Dayton. You're scared, so your brain is making you say things that you don't really mean. Okay? You are not 'destined' to die at the hands of an otherworldly creature. You're going to live a long life with me and you're going to do all the things that you want to do. We are going to get out of here, and start fresh, away from anything that can harm you. Okay?"
Dayton sighed, " what if we don't your gonna make it I want you to get out of the car I may die but you won't"
"Say that again, a little slower this time." Caelan raised an eyebrow, honestly confused by the jumble of words that had just come from the girl's mouth. "I may be strange but that doesn't mean my brain works properly."
¨You have a better chance and I want you to use it not wasting it one a stupid girl¨ she said.
"You're not a stupid girl." Caelan let go of Dayton's leg so she could continue driving. "You're my stupid girl, and don't you forget it. Now can we please get back to your house so we can actually think properly?"
Dayton looked at the road not talking he had called her his girl he had probably just meant his friend right
