(my bad, sorry)
She sighed loudly to herself and walked out into the hallway, looking around. She could see an open door. She padded out into the corridor and walked up to the room: empty.
"Bed or should I walk around?" she murmured to herself. She looked back into the empty room, shut the door and walked out of the building. It was absolutely freezing. She wrapped her bare arms around herself and walked further out towards the street. She kept on walking, hoping to find another woken person around.
Looking around, she noticed a silhouette far off. "Oi!" she called out to it without thinking.
Evan stepped back again, never breaking eye contact. "Or you could not? I just wanted to see what was going on, see if anyone was hurt or had broken equipment or something. If you don't want witnesses, do whatever you were doing a little more discreetly. Heck, I probably wasn't the only one that saw you come here. And if I'm found dead or even just turn up missing, there's probably going to be an investigation. There's no way you didn't leave fingerprints here. So then you're found and arrested for not only trespassing, but also for second degree murder." He gave a small smile and put his arms up in a shrug. "A better option would be not killing me. As long as there's no damage, nobody's going to look into it. And even if they do find out, it won't be from me." At the very least, that ought to buy me some time to run while this lunatic thinks it over. Evan didn't really want to die yet. And he meant it when he said he wouldn't tell; what reason did he have to do so? "Promise."
Hawkin smiled. "I know you won't tell. There's something different about you. I know. Plus your veins are kinda glowing a slight blue, so you are probably closer to me than you think… The names Hawkin. I would like to know yours stranger."
Evan looked down at his arms. Sure enough, it was like someone had turned his veins into glow sticks or something. The air around him started to chill, but his breath didn't appear in front of him when he let it out in wonder and fear. He turned his hands over, gazing at the web of lights that shone from underneath his skin. "Evan Tyres," he said, looking up at Hawkin. "And what do you mean? Why are my veins glowing?" As he said these words, frost began to creep up his fingertips.
Hawkin smiled. "Ah. So we found the frost boy. We found this little cave, and there were these pedestals, and the ice, and fire ones looked kind of dead, and then the fire one looked like someone had turned it on, and now I suppose the ice one has come alive. So since you found us, I guess that you will have to follow us, and maybe we can sneak you into a room. Or Kylie up there can convince the inn boy to give us another room…" Hawkin looked up and yelled at Kylie. "Come one down here! Introduce yourself to Evan! He apparently has ice powers… And I think we need to get another room maybe… Unless you want to share a room with me!" Hawkin looked back at Evan. "Before you ask, Kylie is the girl who wanted to kill me, and now she's my girlfriend. I don't know how it happened, it just did. She has the power of cosmos. Technically, if you make her mad, she can kill you with a star…"
Evan shook his head. "…I'm sorry, what? I don't have to go anywhere, even if I would like to ditch school for all the typical reasons, I'm pretty sure that's illegal. Truancy, I mean." The frost was climbing his arm now, gradually speeding up, and Evan realized something. I'm having a hard time controlling this…power right now, what if I lose control and hurt someone? He closed his eyes, took a deep breath, and exhaled it in a long sigh. "At the same time, I guess I can't really stay, either…Looks like I don't really have much of a choice." The frost stopped spreading and began to recede. When it got back to his fingers, Evan shook his hands and it fell to the ground, melting once it hit the floor.
Hawkin smirked. "Having a hard time controlling that?" Hawkin then pointed to his necklace. "This helps me control mine. It kind of just fell out of the sky… You try. Reach for something that's not supposed to be there, and somehow, it will be there…"
(I'm gonna wait for @@Mousey-French-Af-Asexual-Midnight-Girafficorns-Grand-Master-Proud-Buzz-Buzz-Caretaker-And-Fork-Cult-Member-Who-Makes-Terrible-RPs-And-Is-HYPED-For-Halloween to reply before I do for Evan so their character can get some interactions in too XD)

(I'M SORRY I WAS DEPRIVED FROM A DEIVCE)
Kylie had watched this whole exchange from the top of the building. She jumped to see what was going on, a fist-sized meteor pounding the cement next to her and she made touchdown. She looked up at Evan. "Gee, what a coincidence. We found our ice guy." She glanced to Hawkin. "One more person closer to activating that orb thing…" She shook her head. "Evan, huh? My name's Kylie."
Hawkin wrapped his arm around Kylie's waist. "Careful now. We don't want to scare the new boy. Plus, what are people going to think when they find a meteor here? I'll make it just a little better…" Hawkin summoned an extremely small explosion that reduced the meteor to dust that was soon carried away by the wind…
"Well, now you've left a very large pothole in the road, but alright…" Kylie shrugged and smiled.
Hawkin rolled his eyes. "Better a pothole than a meteor. Here potholes are common. They'll just shrug and assume that construction equipment made the hole…"
"Alright, whatever." She rolled her eyes and turned back to Evan.
Hawkin rested his chin on Kylie's head. "So Evan. What brings you here to the coastline of South Carolina?"
Kylie giggled at his antics but waited for Evan to answer, much like her author's doing.
(I gtg for the night…)
Hawkin waited for Evan's response.
(Hecc I was doing homework and eating)
"I actually moved here just recently. Financial stuff." He couldn't help but smile at the couple teasing each other. "So…should I just head home and leave a note or something? If you want me to meet you at the inn, that's fine, I just don't want my family to think I've been kidnapped." His tone was lighter as he made the joke, but he was serious about wanting to know whether or not he could go home and at least make sure his parents and uncle were aware that he was okay.
Alright she, um followed them and was watching them NOT creepily, just because she was bored and didn't know what else to do.
Yeeeaaah. This is what happens when i get lost.//
My character isn't in any ships and I kinda just want to give the Hawlie ship privacy. So none I'm awkwardly waiting for the other thing to happen.//

“I guess you could meet us all at the motel tommorow morning.” Kylie decided, shrugging.
