Hawkin held Kylie's hand tighter, and he brought it up to his chest. "I didn't know you felt that way about the ocean. I really didn't think that anyone feared it. Why did you jump into the waterfall then? DId you just do it to follow me?"
"I didn't know how deep it was…but yes, it was mainly because of that." Her blue eyes shifted to the ground. "It's weird, isn't it?"
Hawkin grabbed Kylie's other hand, and brought it up to his chest. "Why did you follow me? It could have been a suicide run. I jumped because I knew that something was down here. I did it because I had hope. How did I make you not scared of the water? You were swimming, and you followed me into the water. How did I help out your fear? I don't understand… I was just being myself…"
"I'll try, I can't guarantee it though." Xander stepped close to the chasm but not to close. He summoned some clouds with his mind but they were scattered around and much like cirrus clouds. He wasn't getting the desired fluffy or cumulus clouds. "I don't know, maybe I'll try aga-" He wasn't even thinking but soon, a straight path off fluffy clouds were right across the chasm, with added cloud rope. "Never mind." He said, sticking his hand out for Rigel to take so that they could cross.
(By chance could Rigel not be able to walk on the clouds so Xander has to carry him? Just a thought…)
Rigel hesitantly took a step towards the bridge, peeking down at the chasm cautiously. Every single instinct inside him told him to walk away.
(I was actually thinking about doing that before Rigel even asked.)
Xander saw Rigel's uncertainty and decided to comfort him, since it was the only way that they could get across. "Come on, don't be afraid, I'll carry you and you don't even need to worry. In case we do even fall, which is highly unlikely, I'll just create another cloud to catch us and float us back up."
(Lol)
Rigel look at Xander, turning a deep red. I’m acting childish… But gosh he was too scared to walk on a cloud bridge, shrinking where he was standing as he whispered, “Alright. That’d be… nice.” Rigel glanced at the chasm again, then looked shyly at Xander.
"Okay, great." Xander lowered his arms so that Rigel would easily be able to slip in. When Rigel did do that, he noticed that he unintentionally placed him in the bridal style. Maybe this could be just practice. He was turning a slight shade lighter than Rigel's face when he thought of it but didn't want to deny it. I am moving way too fast, we literally only met today.
Rigel curled his arms around Xander’s neck, blushing slightly because of how he actually liked being held like this. This is- this is crazy… But Rigel felt himself leaning closer and curling against Xander’s chest, humming softly and closing his eyes. He completely forgot about the chasm.
Xander noticed as Rigel relaxed in his touch as he began the 20 meter walk. He wondered what big of an explosion could trigger such a large chasm, leaving everything else untouched and in it's place. "How you doing there?" He asked Rigel before placing a small kiss on his cheek.
Rigel smiled at the kiss, opening his eyes to look at Xander, “I’m doing fine…” He got lost in staring at Xander in loving adoration. Rigel reached a hand up to touch Xander’s hair and brush it slightly to the side, smiling contently.
"That's exactly what I wanted to hear." He said, slowly and carefully taking steps on the cloud. "What do you think we will do after we get out of the cave?" He smiled back to Rigel and focused back on the bridge.
Kaliyah showed up behind 2 people and tried to act as though she was there the whole time
(Which two people? Xander and Rigel? Hawkin and Kylie? Luis and Elysia or Rox?)
"That's exactly what I wanted to hear." He said, slowly and carefully taking steps on the cloud. "What do you think we will do after we get out of the cave?" He smiled back to Rigel and focused back on the bridge.
I wanna snuggle with you… Rigel blushed at his own thought, shaking his head at himself before saying, “We probably need to find a way to safety,” He mumbled, but started drawing a lazy circle on Xander’s chest with his finger. I’m such a dork… I fall in love too easily…
"I just wanted to go to Scotland." Xander laughed dryly at the comment. His face fell a bit at the realization that nothing was going to be simple anymore. "Where are we even? Are we at least in Europe?"
(South Carolinian coast)
"I can swim, I just don't do it often…" Kylie's gaze shifted from his eyes to the ground again. "Honestly, I figured that someone as cocky as you wouldn't want to die, so it was safe. But you’ve turned out to be much different than I first saw." She turned to him, offering a weak smile. “I guess yourself was enough.”
(Cheesiest line ever xD)

“I don’t know…” Rigel mumbled, curling in on himself a small bit. He leaned his head on Xander’s shoulder, soaking up his warmth. “Xander, what if… what if we never make it back?” Rigel whispered, searching Xander’s chiseled features for some sort of answer.
"I… I don't know either." Xander responded in deep thought. He took the last few steps before reaching the end of the bridge. "Now, we have to find the others, then, we'll figure it out."
Rigel looked down. “I- I hadn’t even realized we crossed.” He blushed a little, knowing he had been too distracted with Xander. And he didn’t want to move from in Xander’s arms. Rigel didn’t want to b e the first to move either, waiting in Xander’s arms.
Xander noticed that Rigel hadn't made any signs that would show that he was going to move so Xander continued to hold him, letting a small smirk creep onto his face. He walked over to a barricaded entrance to something that seemed like a tunnel. "Are you guys in here?!" He yelled, hoping that they could hear him.
(Maybe Kaliyah bumps into them?)

Hawkin managed a small chuckle. "Well that's a first. To my family, I was never enough. I was never what they wanted me to be. I was cocky to prevent myself from falling into crippling self doubt. Now that I hear someone say that I'm enough, and that I matter, it's different. I feel sort of like I'm whole. Like I found purpose… When people get to know me, they normally have sympathy for me. That's not what I want. I just want people to know that I'm always strong, and that I can't cry. To me, it shows weakness. It's what I've been taught. But you didn't sympathize for me, and you made me realize everything my father did, was wrong. I thank you for that. I thank you so much more than you will never know…" Hawkin hung his head, and propped it on his knees.
(I relate to Hawkin on a spiritual level now lol)
"Hey. Hold your head up." Kylie brought his head back to its previous level with a smile. He's thanking me??? "Ma mere taught me to never bow your head."
(whenever she speaks in italics she's speaking in french)
(I guessed that XD)
Hawkin smiled. "My mother taught me to never bow to anyone. I've never had a chance to live that. I always bowed to my father. Everyone did… But the past is past, and I guess I need to move forward, and live to what my mother told me…" Hawkin brought Kylie's hand up to his cheek.
(yeah)
"Moving forward is good." Kylie smiled softly.
