Sage nodded, crossing his arms. "Has she been identified yet? Any wallet, phone, or driver's license?"
"The report the police gave me identified her as… Laura Dreyfuss, 29, of Bergen County, New Jersey." Ceaser sighed and examined the body a little closer. "There aren't too many signs of struggle, but it's enough. I'll find something, no doubt."
"Whenever you have the time, let's talk to her friends and see what we can gather, okay?" Sage said, leaning against the wall and looking away from the body. "Did you know her?"
"I recognize the name, but I can't for the life of me figure out from where." Ceaser nervously fidgeted with the laces on his soccer cleats and cast another sweeping glance over the body, looking desperately for any evidence Sage could visibly see that he'd left behind during their struggle. He'd already cleaned up, but he'd made the one mistake of leaving the body untouched. It made him sick.
Millie sweeps herself out of the cafe as a wicked grin comes across her face, she had seen it all from a window half above the killing ,in her room, hiding supplies she was beginning to use to get rid of someone else.
"Well, think as hard as you can," Sage said. He noticed that Ceaser seemed nervous. "Dude, maybe you should step away for a bit. Take sometime to get yourself together before you start to deal with a dead person."
"I'll be fine." I can't leave anyone alone with her. "I think… I think she's in one of my college classes."
Sage's face lit up at the information. "Great! We'll start there." He was about to walk away, but he turned and paused. "But… are you sure you don't want to come with and take a break, at least for an hour? Dealing with a dead person directly after a murder…" he shuddered. "I don't know how you do it."
"It's called therapy, and a lot of coffee. I'll be fine, dude. Go have fun." just leave. I can't do anything with you around.
"Well, it won't be very fun, but at least I won't be dealing with that," he said, gesturing in the general direction of the crime scene without looking directly at the body. "But if you really want us to leave, then we'll leave." He laughed at turned away, starting down the sidewalk.
-Ariene sees Sage leave the crime scene- "Wait up! I have to talk to you."
Sage turned toward her. "Alright, but lets talk in the car. I've got something on my mind too," he admitted.
"Got it." Ariene agrees
Turns to Caesar "What exactly are you planning on doing with the body? I doubt the police are just letting you take it" Mani eyes him suspiciously picking up on his nervous body language and the fact he's trying to get us away from the body seemed suspicious
-Ariene listens to their conversation, this was exactly what she was thinking too.-
-Ariene turns to Sage, wondering if that was what he was going to bring up aswell-
Quill, done with her distraction, walked over to Ceaser where Mani was confronting him. "Bro, chill. Ceaser is the one here who majors in criminology." She shrugged. "He's probably got a good explanation, right?"
Quill looked expectantly at Ceaser, raising an eyebrow. "Right?"
Ariene walks up to the everyone, "It interesting how you already have full access to real dead bodies Ceaser, your only 22, which means that you have recently started criminology college." raising an eyebrow aswell.
"Yes, I do. I'm just taking him to the school's lab and it will be counted as extra credit. Can you please stop interrogating me?" Ceaser smiled mischievously. "What, do you think I had something to do with this?"
First off, the victim is a she.
And secondly, that's up to the evidence to decide.
(she oof)
"I'm not saying you did this yet, i'm just saying that your behavior has been extremely suspicious" -Ariene stops there, not wanting to let out all the evidence, not wanting to get on a possible murderer's bad side just yet.-
