She gaped. "Woah, it's so big…"

He nodded in agreement, eyes widening.
(Alright, night. also, that's what she said xD)
"What if the kids don't like us? If we never make friends here?" she looked on the verge of panic.
(Lol)
"Well, at least we'll have each other!" He said, a small smile on his face, "I don't think that we'll have to worry about it though.."
She nodded, relaxing. "I guess you're right. I bet you're more awesome than everyone at the school," Vivian looked so proud to be his friend at the moment.
He nodded in agreement, standing up quickly when he heard the doors on the bus opened.
"Do we…get off now??" He asked, hesitating a bit.
"I-I dunno.. everyone else is?"
(Oof i got new books yesterday. This might sound weird but, THEY SMELL SO NICE.)
He jumped up from his seat, taking her hand and dragging her behind the others.
(That's not weird… new books smell very good.)
She squeaked, though nevertheless let him drag her around.
"This is so exciting!" He exclaimed, still dragging her behind him as he followed the group of kids as they flooded the large building. He quickly spotted their teacher, looking down at the small name-tag that he was told to wear for the first day, the name of the teacher printed on it.
"Look! There's our teacher!" Jazza squealed, pointing to a tall, brawny man with purple hair that was waving them over.
"He's so… big…" she breathed out, fixated on his hair. She'd never seen that hair color before… it was pretty. "Do you think he's nice? Ooh, what if he's real funny!"
Jazza smiled at Vivian as they joined him.
"I don't know, but look at his hair!" He whispered, pointing to the mans head, "How is it like that?"
He paused, furrowing his eyebrows as he thought, his eyes landing on the picture of the Avengers on his shirt. Gasping, he jumped up and down.
"What if he's a superhero?!" Jazza squealed, going on and on about how cool it would be if his teacher had powers, "Maybe he's an Avenger!"
Vivian gasped, tugging Jazza's sleeve. "Shhhh! If he is, then we gotta keep it a secret, Jazzy!"
She nodded at their teacher with newfound respect. He could count on them to help him with superhero duties!
Jazza nodded, a determined look crossed his face. The teacher quickly read the list of names, and once he was sure all the children where there, he lead them to the classroom. He stood by the door, and allowed the kids to walk in before him.
"Your secret is safe with us," He whispered, gesturing to Vivian and himself, "Avenger!"
Afterwards, he marched inside, his chest puffed out a little as he sat down in a chair, making sure there was a free spot for Vivian.
She saluted to the teacher as she passed him, a proud gleam in her eyes. Sitting down in the chair Jazza saved her, she kept her head held high. Nothing would ruin her first day.
The teacher watched the pair, a look of confusion crossed his face as he closed the door behind them.
"Alright! Welcome to your first day of first grade!" He exclaimed, smiling at the cheers of the children, "I am Mr. Benton, and I am lucky enough to be your teacher!"
Jazza looked over to Vivian as he listened to the teacher.
"I want you all to think Really hard, and come up with one thing about yourself you want everyone to know!"
Vivian pursed her lips, thoughtful. Perhaps she could tell about her favorite color, or how she has her very own trampoline…
"Oh!" she smiled suddenly, an idea popping in her head.
She nudged Jazza, practically bouncing with excitement.
Jazza turned away from the teacher, his attention now focused on Vivian.
"Yeah?" He asked, trying to stay quiet so they wouldn't get in trouble, "What is it??"
"I know what I'm going to say," Vivian whispered. It was an unnecessary thing to say, but hey, she was excited.
"You do?" He asked, still not sure of what he should say.
She nodded, her eyes tracking the teacher just in case.
He thought, leaning his head in his hands, and running his fingers through his thick ( t h i c c ) black hair.
"Oh, I know." He said, thinking about the trip he took at the beginning of the summer.
"Do you want to go first?" she offered.
He nodded, raising his hand in the air, waving it until the purple haired teacher picked on him.
"Well, this Summer, I went and visited my family in Italy," He started off, visibly lighting up as he started to talk about it, "Then, later when my cousin came from Italy, we got a dog! His name is Coda!"
When Jazza was finished, she raised her hand as well. Having permission to speak, she began.
"I learned how to roller skate real good this summer," Vivian informed them proudly.
