Are we starting young then going through the years? Like showing their relationship over time?

Yeah, we can start when they are like….first grade?? Maybe??

Okay! Let's do this :>

Jazza waved to his parent's and little brother as he ran towards the big yellow bus, a smile spread across his face as he climbed on. Today was the first day of first grade! He had prepared for this moment his whole life! Or, most of it anyway. He had set out his supplies a week in advance, and wouldn't stop talking about it. Once he finally made it onto the bus, he plopped down in the seat at the very back, kicking his dangling legs and waving one last time to his family as the yellow vehicle drove away.

Vivian grinned at Jazza, who had just appeared. "I got here earlier than you did," she bragged.

"Yeah yeah," He said, pushing her gently away, sticking his tongue out.

"Sooooo," she inquired. "You excited?"

"Of course I am!" He squealed, throwing his hands in the air, "We're finally first graders!"

"My mom says the food there is yucky."

"That's why I packed lunch!"exclaimed, reaching into his bag and pulling out his lunch box, "My Opa gave me cookies we can share, but he did tell me not to let Mama know.."

He smiled, shoving the food back in and sitting back.

"What are you excited for? I can't wait for Gym and Recess!" He squealed, his innocent brown eyes full of excitement.

( Sorry I haven't been on in a while, LOT'S of Drama in my life right now xD )

Vivian leaned forward, anticipation brimming. "I am so glad we're friends."

She began to bounce in her seat. "I'm excited for Recess, of course! And for games and treats." She really liked sweets. Who didn't?

(It's okay… haven't been on much either 'cause crap has hit my fam…)

"Oh my gosh, guess what happened last week?!" He asked, jumping up and down in his seat, "My friend Cai came over from Italy, and he went to the pet store with us to get a doggy! His name is Coda!"

(Oof, reference to my good gay boi Cai xD )

"He's so fluffy! He does tricks as well!"

(lol it's always fun to slip stuff like that in)

She gasped, "Oh… lucky! My family still won't get a pet. Will I be meeting Coda, though? How cute is he?"

"Yeah! He's so cute! Super friendly! I wanted to name him Hulk, or something cool like that, but Cai said that It has something to do with music or something.." He mumbled, trailing off as he thought about the visit from his friend.

"Maybe you can get a puppy too!" He exclaimed, grabbing her by the shoulders and shaking her a bit.

Vivian's eyes widened as he shook her, and pulled away slightly. "I'm not sure… I have to ask. Maybe if they're really small I could have one."

"My Mommy can convince your parents!" He yelled, clearly, this was a great plan, one that had no flaws whatsoever.

"…Right," she agreed, but looked a little freaked from the yell. "I mean a dog can't be too different from a goldfish, yeah?"

"I mean, I guess.." He said, nodding.

"You better be showing me Coda after school," she commented absentmindedly, tugging on her loose pant strings.

"I will, I promise!" He said, holding out his pinkie, "I promise!"

Her eyes lit up, and she grasped his pinkie in hers. "Don't forget," Vivian warned, a vague threat in the words.

"I won't!" He exclaimed, his hand quickly dropping as he turned around and stared out of the window, "Look! We're finally in school!" He yelled, yet again bouncing in his spot.

"Really? Lemme see, lemme see!"

He moved back, pointing out the window.

"Look at it!"
