Suni shivered at the mere ention of winter. "I've never understood how people deal with winter," he muttered with a sigh. He glanced up, gently brushing his thumb along Kyro's cheek. "Do I get the pleasure of knowing the real you or am I still not to be trusted?" He grinned, tilting his head innocently to one side

" you already now the real me, fluffy and cuddly." he said and smiled. he squeezed their tangled hands lightly. he knew suni meant well but kyro never really did good when people try to open him like a book.

"yeah, but I feel like there's more to you than just fluffy and cuddly." He replied, brushing a soft kiss to the back of Kyro's hand. "Things that I hope to I get to know more about in the future."

kyro smiled lovingly. " an the same for you." he said softly. the wolf watched the smaller until a commotion was made. "huh?"

Suni snapped his attention up towards the noises. He disentangled himself from Kyro and shifted immediately. He quickly trotted to and from different members of the pack before standing by the part in the trees, teeth barred and a low snarl coming from his as he saw glowing yellow eyes from the darkness

kyro shifted, foowing suni. his deep ,fear wrenching growl emitted from him. his teeth bared and claws out.

A grey fox emerged from the break in the trees, slinking low as he gave Suni a pretentious grin. He shifted to normal, three tails flickering behind him as his gaze swept over the clan, then remained on Kyro before sliding back to Suni. "I had to see if the rumors were true for myself. I honestly was surprised when I heard you took in a mutt. Imagine my surprise when I found out that you were sleeping with the dog!"
Suni shifted, a silencing growl erupting from his chest. A few foxes whimpered and whined behind him, the only thing keeping Suni from turning the grounds into a blood battle. "What do you want Karloi?" Suni managed out through gritted teeth, accutely aware of Kyro at his back, fur pressing against his skin. Reassuring to Suni but what he could only imagine intriguing to their unexpected guests.
Karloi grinned, "only acting as messanget for your dear sister, of course." The kitsune bowed and smiled heartbreakingly perfect.

Kyros growl cut out the moment suni spoke. He sat at the man’s side, having no clue who the new fox was. His ears went flat with the way the fox said mutt. It was an insult just as high as pup to a wolf. He waited patiently for the moment sunI gave him the word to strike.

"what's wrong Suni? Couldn't protect your own clan from his clan so you screwed one of their dogs for what? Guaranteed protection." Karloi glared at the wolf and breathed a laugh.
Suni clentched his hands behind his back to keep from strangling the other kitsune to death. "What I do with my clan members is none of your concern." He growled, dangerously soft. "And that includes recent members." He added, gently setting a controlled hand on Kyro's head, to keep them both at jumping at the fox.
Karloi snickered in annoyance, finally breaking eye contact with Suni.

Kyro growled., nuzzling against Sunis hand. his black fur tufting up on his back, he swore to himself he’d kill the fox

"so why couldn't my sister come?" Suni asked over his shoulder as he stalked back to his clan before Karloi could make another snarky comment about him or Kyro.
The grey fox reluctantly followed, steering clear of the snapping and snarling clan members. "Said something about dealing with another clan's issues. She believed you could handle yourself. Clearly she was wrong." Karloi muttered, smirking when Suni growled a warning over his shoulder. He could take all the comments Karloi wanted to give but theirbwas a line he drew when it came to his sister. "She's not wrong actually. We'ee doing fine. Just waiting for things to clear up before we go back home." He replied evenly

kyro followed behind, circling the two. he knew that given the chance the fox would attack. he sensed it, and usually his senses weren't wrong. hair stood on his back and neck, his tail never wagging unless suni held a hand to pet him. kyros cold blue eyes daring the fox to make one wrong move, as the wolf wasn't as forgiving as suni. every snark remark only fueled his anger, only pushed him further.

Suni paused by a small private alcove of rocks, hand gently resting on top of Kyro's head, gently thumbing his velvet ears, both to keep himself from launching at Karloi and erasing the smug smirk on the fox's face. "If you're done sticking your nose into my clan's business, you can leave."
Karloi glared between the two "you can't be serious about this." He deadpanned.
Suni merely shrugged "I'm not exactly sure what I'm doing, either. But I don't think it's bad, neither for myself or for the future of my clan." Suni replied honestly.

kyro shifted back, his long hair trailing back down his shoulders ' and from what ive seen suni makes good decisions . "

Karloi threw his head back in a laugh "you don't even know him, dog. As long as your pleasure is satisfied, you'll be willing to do just about anything, say anything to defend him. Once another pretty little thing comes along offering you something more, I have no doubt in my mind you'd turn around and trail after it." Karloi growled out with a satisfied grin.

kyro snapped. dog? ohhh that sent kyro over the edge, he shifted and lunged for the foxes neck, never once biting down. his fear wrenching growl continuing as he threaten to bite down.

Karloi barely had time to react, only being about to shift as he met Kyro's impact. His yips and barks for help were met with silence, the rest of Suni's clans happily leaving the situation to their leader.
Suni grinned, letting Kyro have his fun before gently tugging the scruff of his neck to get him off. "I did tell you to leave, didn't I?" Suni purred, his eyes aglow with pure amusement as he watched karloi scramble up and make his way back towards the break of the trees, tails embarrassingly tucked between his kegs. Suni reluctantly followed to make sure he was gone, shifting and stalked a few yard behind the grey fox.

kyro gave a bark at the foxes leave, pulling back when suni tugged on him. he shook his head, not following suni but going to the smaller cubs to calm down. he played easily with them.

The pups, of course supervised by their mothers and Harrow, tumbled about with Kyro, though were warry as their attention was split between playing and watching Suni.
Suni lead Karloi to the treeline, barking a string of commands, mostly what to tell his sister, as he stalked behind. The other merely nodded silently, refusing to meet anyone's gaze, especially Kyro's

kyro barked happily as he played. eventually he was pined by the pups and played dead. big bad wolf was only bad when he had to be

Suni sat for a moment, tails twitching in controlled annoyance until he was sure Karloi was gone. His ears dropped after a few minutes, his previous rage with the other fox now filled to a worry for his sister.

kyro got up, tracing behind suni and coming up behind him. as he came up behind he tucked his head underneath sunis,giving a soft whine of concern. he had to be thinking along the same lines as he saw the worried look.
