Killian nodded and asked a few more questions. Indigo was watching from a distance, feeling that this wasnt right. She made a distraction and watched as Killian walked away from the truck. She silently walked over to the girl "hey! Why'd you get locked?" She whispered.
How many people are over here, anyway? Florence wondered, getting a bit closer to the glass to that she could hear the silver-haired girl. "I tried to rob the book-store. It didn't work out, someone I know showed up." She said, speaking loudly so that she could be heard from the other side of the door.
Inside of the shop, Easton was speaking to the shop owner, and looking and the open slit on top of her head.
Sol had followed behind Easton and viewed the girl. "Well it doesn't look the worst possible, it's not that deep," Sol offered. She glanced to Easton. "She kinda stabbed you, though. How's your leg? I only put gauze on it, so you should get that seen to."
The shop owner kept her head still as Easton sorted through her hair. "I'm just glad I didn't feel it until after it had happened," she said, keeping still from her place on an old looking wooden chair.
"I almost forgot about that-" Easton said, looking down at his leg. On the right, there was a patch of fabric missing from his pants as well as a blood stain around it. The wound itself though, was covered. "I'll have to look at it a bit later." He added finally, taking a step back from the woman on the chair. As she began walking towards the door, Easton told her to go to one of the officers outside, and that they would have a first-aid kit.
"We still need to get your card," he told Sol, wiping his hands off on his pants.

"You a villain?" She asked
Sol nodded in agreement. "So what do you think of the name I came up with? Lacuna, which means gap as in the gap of time no one but me experiences?"
Florence nodded to the stranger, "Yes," she said, slightly surprised that the girl had bothered to ask.
-
"It's good– creative," Easton said, walking behind the counter and looking at the mess of papers and books that were on the floor. "When did you come up with it?" He asked, moving some of the hardbacks aside with his boot to see a few pieces of broken metal on the floor.
Sol leaned over the counter to see what he was looking at. "Seventh grade," She answered. "I've wanted to be a freelancer for a long time."
Easton nodded and smiled slightly, flipping the scrap over. Unsurprisingly, the silvery bit was smeared with blood on one side. "I hadn't even considered it until my first year of high school,"
Indigo glared "I hate how badly they treat the villains. Sure, I understand that they do bad things but they are still human beings." She said
"Yeah…They don't care about injuries either. I got three dislocated fingers while I was on the sidewalk," Florence said, keeping herself from smiling. Maybe she'll help me to get out?
"This is why I wonder why people care about human rights so much when they dont give villains those rights in the first place." She muttered
"It's like with animals, the first time something goes wrong, all of the rights are thrown out the window." Florence leaned a bit closer to the glass but made sure that she didn't touch it. "You seem to be oddly worried about this for someone who hasn't done anything wrong. Does it just bother you?" She asked.
"I'm in the stage where I decide whether or not I want to be a villan or Freelancer. I've always been very bothered. y the fact that villains aren't treated with proper care considering they are also humans."
"Hm, well if you decide anytime soon I would like some help getting out of here. It shouldn't be too difficult, I'm sure the doors are just child safety locked so I can't get out from in here." Florence said, leaning back a little. "But of course, you don't have to if you don't want to."
Sol nodded. "That's normal. I've just always wanted to help people. But there are some things I dislike about freelancers."
"What's you power?" She asked
Easton looked up from the floor and fixed Sol with a questioning look. "Like what? My thing was always that I just didn't want people to be pointing me out everywhere…But there are some people who take advantage of that I guess."
-
Florence's stare finally became somewhat interested and she moved forward once more. "Iron manipulation, basically if it's made of iron or has any amount of the metal in it then I can move, bend or break it without having to ever touch it. It is a bit limiting though, I did have thin bands -kind of like bandages- made of iron, but those were taken." She paused and then began speaking again. "What about you?"
"It's the same thing as all law enforcement things. People who abuse their power, brutality, not treating criminals and villains like people. That girl, Florence, over there hurt her fingers and no one has mentioned a thing, I don't like that. But I suppose she might deserve it, after threatening that woman's life. Anyone who thinks they should be able to control who lives and dies I don't like that much." Sol shook her head. "Government stuff is weird." She looked around. "Do you think we should tell the people in here to leave?"
"Energy and technology manipulation." She replied "not very helpful, unless it's my computer science course." She laughed
Who is Indigo? And what happened to Arryn?))
(Carp. I have so many characters in so many Rps, I forget who is in which one. Her name is Arryn.)
Easton nodded again a few times, looking out to the few people that were still in the store. Most of them were whispering to each other from in front of the fallen bookshelves, quickly looking to the door and then back to the front counter. "I'm gonna have to talk to the two officers outside about that…" He said, trailing off. "Wanna try your hand at it– announcing something like this?" Easton asked Sol, standing up straight once more.
-
Florence smiled and moved her hands around in the cuffs that they were bound in. Her right wrist was the one bearing the bulky metal bracelet that was keeping her from using her ability and she could hear it clinking against the cuffs each time she would move. "I bet if you practiced with it you'd be able to use it in many more ways,"
Sol's eyes glittered. "Yes," She stated. "Of course, if you want to then you can I just think it would be kinda cool if I got to tell people there was a villain and we took it down and I helped out and did stuff and then they would be happy and I would see them happy then I would be happy and I'm rambling."
