"Ea– I mean, Blue Jay, you know her?" Sol searched the woman's face to see if she was lying. Instead, a different thought showed up. "Wait, you were with someone else yesterday. Is this her?"
"Ea– I mean, Blue Jay, you know her?" Sol searched the woman's face to see if she was lying. Instead, a different thought showed up. "Wait, you were with someone else yesterday. Is this her?"
Easton nodded a few times, looking down at Florence as the bands that had been around her lower face dropped. "Yes, I do know her." He said, narrowing his eyes. "None of that matters much now though," Easton added, pulling his phone out of a zipped pocket on the side of his uniform.
-
"Don't worry, I'm not going to say any names here," Florence said, looking over to Sol. "That's a nasty ability you've got." She said, making a vain attempt to wiggle the fingers that had been pulled out of place. I guess they still aren't moving. Florence thought, looking back to Easton as he spoke on the phone.
"You could really hurt someone with it if you ever got mad enough," Florence added, only looking back to Sol once the phone call had been ended.
Sol looked at the woman on the ground. "I know." She had experience with that. She looked to Easton. "You calling the police?"
Easton nodded once more, slipping his phone back into the zip-up pocket. "Yeah, they should be here to pick her up any time now. Five minutes, maybe?" He said, looking down at Florence who was staring off into space in front of herself.
-
I wonder if I could still get away now? Florence wondered, staring unblinkingly at the wall of a shop across the street. "Probably not," she whispered, her eyes slowly widening as she stared.
"Um… I kinda stole that rope from that store–" She pointed to the convenience store, "–so do you mind if I go apologize?" She asked Easton.
"It's fine, I can handle her alone for a few minutes," Easton said, his eyes locked on the back of Florence's head. Eventually, he took a step closer to her back and nudged her with his foot to get her attention.
"What was the point of doing that?" He asked, his eyes still narrowed.
Florence lifted her shoulders dramatically, "I was bored and she just so happened to be there." As she spoke, Easton crossed his arms.
"You're unbelievable," He muttered.
(Sorry I didn't jump in I'm on a family vacation right now so I'm not on as much)
It's fine! I wasn't on for a few days so I can't really say much to anyone about not being active,))
(Thats fair haha, yeah I'm going back home on Tuesday and so I'll probably be on more after that but I'll also have 2 weeks worth of school to catch up on)
(Where us everyone? I think I want to j reduce my freelancer finally)
After a somewhat awkward encounter, Sol returned to Easton. "I'm guessing the police with brush away the bystanders, right? Wait, are they gonna talk to me? What are they gonna say?" She tried to hide her hands in her pockets, but then realized her hoodie was cropped and she was wearing pocket less shorts.

Right now Florence and Easton are in front of the book-store and Florence is about to be arrested; Sol is also in front of the store. I'm not too sure about the others since they haven't' been here since I left for a few days the last time.))
(I'm still chillin)
After a somewhat awkward encounter, Sol returned to Easton. "I'm guessing the police with brush away the bystanders, right? Wait, are they gonna talk to me? What are they gonna say?" She tried to hide her hands in her pockets but then realized her hoodie was cropped and she was wearing pocketless shorts.
Easton looked from Florence over to Sol, his arms still crossed and an agitated look on his face. "They probably will talk to you, but I'll explain to them why you're here." He said, somehow managing to not sound as angry as he looked.
Soon, a boxy vehicle appeared from around the corner. It was black and across the side was the abbreviation, V.C.U Villian Containment Unit. Out from the driver's and passenger's side doors stepped two uniformed officers, a man, and a woman. In the hands of the man were a folder and a clipboard, while the woman held handcuffs and a bulky metal bracelet that had a bright blue light on the side of it.
"Hello," chirped the woman, walking over to the three that were in front of the book-store. Easton stepped out of the way so that the woman could put the bracelet and cuffs on Florence, watching as the light on the bracelet turned red.
"Do you have her name?" Asked the man from in front of the large doors that were on the back of the truck.
Finally speaking again from her place on the ground, Florence interrupted Easton once he was about to tell the officer. "Florence Ellis," she said.
Easton nodded at what Florence had said, as the man asked another short question. "Her ability?" He asked.
"Iron manipulation," Easton said.
"It's quite limiting, I have to make sure I have my own equipment with me at all times," Florence added, being stood up with the aid of the female officer on scratched and bruised legs. Her suit had been torn in multiple places and the fingers on her left hand were still dangling uselessly, now showing the first signs of bruising.
The man near the truck took a step away as the other woman walked Florence over to the vehicle, unlocking the back doors and helping her inside. "Also, who's that?" The man asked, motioning to Sol with the pen in his hand. "You can't be bringing random people with you to things like this."
Sol glanced around then fixed her eyes on the officer. "Lacuna. Blue Jay called me to come here," She said, pointing at Easton. "I believe he put in a recommendation for me yesterday."

(Ok so can I have Killian come over to see to the arrest?)
(Yeah! Feel free to!)
Easton nodded quickly a few times, looking at the officer who had questioned why the girl was there. "Yeah, we just need to get her a physical card. I'm helping her out for now," he said.
"Alright, I'll put her down for this along with you." The man said, scribbling something onto one of the papers in his folder.
From her place inside the back of the truck, Florence popped up and looked through one of the windows. She waved, getting her hands up as high as they would go from behind her back, smiling slightly. "I'll see you soon," she mouthed, watching Easton and Sol.
Killian, in his Hydronic identity, floated down to where the officers had the girl on the car. He walked over to them "hello officers, what happened?" He asked, gesturing to the girl in the truck.
The woman, who was now standing beside of the large black vehicle, looked over to the brown-haired stranger. "Oh, there was a robbery. It's been handled though, so everything is fine now." She said, smiling and looking over the other officer's shoulder at the paperwork he was filling out.
Florence moved over to the window closest to the officers and gazed out of it from a sort of sideways angle. A few people had gathered on the sidewalk opposite of the one the book-store was on, one of them -who was uniformed in a freelancer outfit- had even walked over to ask what had happened. She glanced over to Easton and Sol, who were still standing beside each other, with Easton staring daggers at Florence. Directing her attention back to the two officers and the freelancer, Florence watched their mouths.
Officers…Happened. She looked over to the man with the folder. He was still scribbling something down. Well, that doesn't make much sense. He's probably just asking what I did. Florence thought, taking one more look at the people across the street. There were a few groups, some with children who were pointing at the three freelancers that had gathered. Though she couldn't hear them, Florence guessed that they were chattering to their parents about "the heroes".
Killian was getting bored of the attention and the fact that the officers weren't telling him much, he decided to go over to the captive. "Well, you tried to rob a bookstore, why?" He asked
Looking through the window, Florence shrugged her shoulders. "I was bored, I guess." She said, looking at the door to the store. "I haven't done anything like this in a while," she added quickly.
"Didnt quite catch your name, love" killian smiled
"Florence," she said, smiling back, though it was much weaker. From the other side of the truck, the man and woman were speaking quietly to each other, with the woman peering around the corner every few minutes, her partner still working through the papers. Easton had since disappeared into the store to check on the shop-owner, briefly leaving Sol alone outside.
"Do you know what's gonna happen to you?" He asked
(Hey i had an idea!! My second character, Indigo, shes also at the bookstore, just hiding. Maybe she sees Florenc in the truck and tries to get her out? Maybe the only reason she became a villain is because of how badly villains are treated?)
Sounds good,))
"I've never been caught before, so just prison, maybe?" Florence said, finally thinking about what might actually happen once she was taken in. It doesn't matter much, she thought. They're not going to kill me because I tried to rob a book-store. Of course, there were other things before this…
