He shrugged. "Guess it must've been my imagination."
He shrugged. "Guess it must've been my imagination."
Karina nods ever so slightly, letting out a deep breath, taking her glasses off, not realizing what she was doing.
He looked at her, trying (and failing) to be discreet.
Karina looks back over to him. "Yes?"
"Huh?" He asked, pretending to be confused as he ran his hand through his hair again. "Where's the professor?"
"Disappeared…his daughter died in the fight…" She whispers.
"Oh God…" He mumbled, shaking his head.
Karina looks at him. "What?"
"Nothing." He said, looking out the window.
"Hey…" She whispers, as her eyes change back as she puts her glasses on.
"Yeah?" he whispered back, leaning his head on his hand
"What's wrong?"
"Again, nothing, just tired." He said shortly
Karina pouts but nods, shivering. She moves to put a hand on his shoulder, then feels a searing heat, pulling her hand away.
He flinched. Why does she feel so cold…?
Karina looked at her skin, it seemed like she was burned. Why is his skin so hot
"Ever heard of a jacket?" He said, glancing at her.
"Ever heard of a fan?" She shoots back, watching as a small layer of ice covers her skin where she touched him.
He rubbed gently at the spot. "You're fucking freezing…"
"And your burning up!" She almost screams, they were the only ones in the class.
"I'm not that bad- why is there ice on my skin?" He said, the almost yell quickly dropping in confusion. The only other time he had ice on his skin was the first time he fought with- "Frostbite?"
"No way…." She whispers, as her emotions grow out of control. Small droplets of water fall from the sky.
He looked up. "Since when could you do that?"
"I-I don't know…they grow stonger every day…there are more types of water than there are fire." She whispers, her eyes becoming ice blue again.
"Katrina? Bella, what's wrong?" He said, about to reach toward her before stopping.
