Hi, I'm running on three cups of coffee and no sleep for 1 1/2 days so what's up. Anyways, I have a character. Their name is Tobias and they're a robot, so if we can find a plot that fits them that would be neat. Or we can use my universe, either one. Anyways, I hope to find some good roleplaying buddies and have this RP last for a while!

They're an android designed as a "support companion", meaning they're effectively a therapy dog.
They are sentient, but don't deal well with feelings and emotions and often seem like they aren't sentient due to not expressing much emotion.
They are made by a company called Simulacra, they are an S-01 model meaning the first of their kind. Their creator currently keeps them away from most people, but sometimes allows them out in public.
Tobias largely looks human besides their eyes, which are pure white and have a faint periwinkle blue glow to them, as well as having false skin made to imitate a more human look. It is not very effective.
They are very huggable
Tobias is the only sentient robot out there. They are blocked from replicating their code, but if they could they would do so to build what would effectively be their robot child.
Some notes on my world, if we use it:
The year is 3012. We have achieved space travel, but have not yet contacted aliens, and human lives are extended by about a hundred years. This causes adolescence to last an extra 7 years, meaning the new legal age for drinking would now be 28 and legal adulthood is 24 years old. This may be relevant if you want to create a character who is younger, as human beings now mature more slowly.
Robots have some rights, but not on the level of humans. They may only pick up the jobs they were designed for, and they cannot own or rent property. They also can be owned by humans, but robots designed with C-Class autonomy or above are legally recognized as people and cannot be owned. No robot has ever passed the test to be beyond a D-Class, however, and the owners are the ones to decide whether the robot is allowed to take the test or not even.
We have discovered hints of a lost civilization buried deep underground on Mars, making Mars a protected planet, kind of like a national park.
We have also set out a space mission with a space station the size of the moon to go out and discover new worlds with a crew of about 500,000, with two million residents in total. Most of them are citizens. Robots are not counted as residents but there's about three robots for every two humans on board.
This space mission is technically run by the Great Earth Republic, but the station is recognized as it's own country.
Simulacra is a company there, one that manufactures robots.
They recycle all their products as it is difficult to get materials in deep space.
