He sat on the ground and looked up, the mugger ran when he saw her.

((Nvm can't))

She held a hand out to- Wait a second. "Are you okay?" She asked

(What do you mean can't)

"yeah fine, but i may have some bruises tomorrow." he said standing up slowly.

((Just… can't sleep))

"Ya sure?" She said, tilting her head to the side

"Yeah." he took out his phone and was going to text his roommates but then stopped and didn't because he didn't want to worry them.

She nodded. "Stay safe." She said, walking away.

"Yeah, i'll try." he said and walked back to the apartment.

She walked along, singing again. I really should stop singing this on my rounds. I sing it a lot in general. Someone may connect the dots…

He got to the apartment and opened the door and tried to close it softly but it ended up making a lot of noise.

She finally got back, trying to change as quietly as she could. Homework. Yay.

He quietly put his keys down and decided to get an ice pack and juice.

She sat back on her bed, working away.

he walked to his room but ended up tripping.

She poked her head out, trying to look like she had just been sitting around. "You okay?"

he froze for a moment and hid the ice pack behind his back. "Um yeah."

"Ya sure?" She asked, rubbing at her eyes. Maybe I can save some for tomorrow… it is Saturday… ((Idk))

"yeah…." he replied.

"Okay… Night."

he walked to his room and put the ice pack on his face.

She put her things away, collapsing onto the bed and wrapping herself in the blankets before drifting off.

he ended up falling asleep with a melting ice pack on his face which ended up just not staying on his face.

He woke up early in the morning feeling sore and his face felt wet from the melted ice pack that sat near his face but not on it.
