“Nope,” Skye grinned.
“Nope,” Skye grinned.
Xavier slowly shakes his head, "No…" He recognized the female faintly. Another slytherin like him perhaps?
"Thanks." She grinned and hauled her stuff in. The dark haired female threw her luggage in an appropriate storage compartment and finally rested, plopping down into her seat with a sigh.
"Hello! I dunno what house I am yet, since this is my first year. I think I might be Hufflepuff from what I've heard, though. Is that good?"
"Hufflepuff? They're the sweethearts of the houses." Xavier says thoughtfully. He hums for a moment, thinking. Gryffindor was the house of the brave, Ravenclaw had the wise, Hufflepuff had the kind, and Slyherin… the cunning. He tried thinking positive about his house but it proved useless.
“All the houses are nice,” Skye said.
"Well, there's the Ravenclaws, the smart ones, and the HUfflepuffs the kind, Griffindor, the brave, and then Slytherin, the sly." He says, shrugging, "But those are just based off character traits."
"Aren't Slytherins ambitious? I think I heard someone say the main traits are cunning and ambitious. That's always good! You can get work done! I just like to hang around animals." He picked up Lilium.
“Yep,” Skye nodded, “Slytherin is actually a really nice house, shame I wasn’t put in it.”
"Yeah, I don't think I'd ever get in." Nolan laughed. "Hufflepuff's probably where I belong. Ravenclaws are clever, Gryiffindors brave, and Slytherins ambitious, right? And Hufflepuff's basically just where everyone else goes?"
“Don’t say that! In fact, I have an entire argument written up about it.”
"Really? I might have to give it a read sometime. Most people don't seem to really know about the qualities of Hufflepuff, just that they're nice and don't fit any of the other houses."
Skye smiled wryly, “And Ravenclaws are all smart, right?”
"I mean, I think so. It is the main quality of the house, right?"
Skye didn’t say anything, just wearing her wry smile and looked out the window.
Nolan pet Lilium. He felt almost as though she were human sometimes. Suddenly, the train came to a stop. "Are we at Hogwarts?"
"Yeah." He stands and slowly looks around, stretching until he heard a satisfying 'pop'.
"I'm in Slytherin." Rowen said quietly. "You know, we're not all that bad. We let the stereotypes define us."
(Again I'm so sorry for the late responses)
"Don't! Just be yourself! I think you guys are wonderful, and I don't care what the stereotypes say." Nolan grinned cheerfully, and Lilium crawled onto his shoulders.
Skye stands up, she took of her wry smile already. “It was a pleasure to sit with you guys.” She said, getting her luggage.
"You too!" He walked over to his original compartment and grabbed his stuff, following the crowd of students down the corridor.
Xavier nods, "Likewise." He stands slowly and starts to leave as well. He was glad to be at Hogwarts where he could be at home.
No matter how many years she has been there, the size of Hogwarts always amazed her. Skye waved to her friends, glad to see them. She gave many hugs to more dear friends. It was always nice coming back to Hogwarts.
(Wait guys do we even have a plot…)
