(Narrator voice: We last left our heroes in the middle of there first night in the dark forest. Even though instinct told them to keep walking, the events of the day before had left them in need of rest, from a friendly game of truth or fail that turns hostile in mere minutes to fighting a dragon centaur and even losing one of there our to unknown horrors of the forest. Moving forward was thought to be more dangerous than getting what rest they could, but in the dark forest danger always finds you when you are the lest prepared. Even though look outs were posted a threatening force infiltrated the camp and kidnapped one of our heroes. it was not long after that same hero demonstrated some unknown skills and over came the being before returning to group. On the brighter side of this story it seems love is still able to grow even in a place like this and hope can still shine in the deepest darkness. Can our heroes fallow that shinning beacon through the trials or will they lose their way and stray from the path?)
(Sound about right to everyone?)
(You’re a great narrator, Ava. :D)
(I’ll post a chapter starter so that when we wake up, we can still continue)
Altheia yawned and lifted her head from Loki’s shoulder. Rubbing her eyes, she saw the first tendrils or light shining through the gaps in the trees. Standing up and stretching, she looked back towards the camp and saw most of them sleeping in the same way she had been only moments ago. She looked in the trees and spotted a Kenbir’s nest. Grabbing 4 eggs, she climbed back down and searched for a Gip. Finding and killing one, she started a fire and threw a flat rock on The flames. Cracking the eggs and putting the sliced Gip cabon on the rock, she felt her mouth water as the delicious smells wafted in the air. The shield around the camp prevented the scent from getting out of there. Hearing rustling, she looked towards the camp and saw them stirring and sniffing the air. She smiled
“rise and shine! Breakfast is almost ready, just go wash up.”
She pointed towards the never ending water bottle and turned back to the food.
(Btw
Kenbir- comes from chicken bird
Hip- pig backwards
Cabon- bacon with scrambled letters
I’m so creative with names lmao XD)
(@AvaM_Star, I can't get that bird out of my head.)
(Yeeet)
(And your narrating was great.)
(thanks and, yeah, I didn't realizes the bird was going to be that affective.)
Maddie looked at her ruined clothes as she woke up. She groaned as she took in the burned sleeves and bloody shirt. I refuse to be a raggedy and unprofessional patchwork hatter. I won't let the madness take my composure way. I won't allow myself to look like that. She grabbled her bag with extra clothes, "I'm going to go change."
"Are you alright, Mads?" Oliver asked, rubbing his eyes tiredly as he looked up at her. The burns and blood on her clothing sent a pang of worry through his mind.
"I'm fine, I just need a change of clothes." She smiled and slipped behind some trees. She started pulling out clothes, "Well shit," She whispered under her breath. At lest it's complete out fit.
Altheia finished cooking and went to go wipe her face. She took out a change of clothes and took her old clothes to wash. Putting them to dry, she walked closer to the fire in her new black and silver suit and saw the little card looking at her. She smiled and waved
Oliver nodded and leaned back against the tree, closing his eyes as dark strands of hair fell across his face again. He yawned, ignoring the thoughts that were racing in his head. Most of them were about Maddie, worrying if she was okay, how she was feeling, etc.
"I beg of all of you please don't laugh." Maddie said from behind the trees. She was pretty nervous Madelyn had not worn a dress in over a year. It always made me a target. People always looked and stared. I hated people looking at me like that so at lest with the suit I gave them a reason and in retune I got a different kind of stare. She hid behind the tree smoothing down the skirt wile waiting for an answer.
"I won't laugh," Oliver called out, tilting his head to the side as he looked at the tree where Maddie's voice was coming from. "I bet you look gorgeous, Maddie."
Confidence is key, She thought to her self before smiling. "I was in a hurry when packing my bag and I pulled from the wrong half of my closet." She laughed a little wile walking out into the open.

Oliver felt his jaw drop a little as he saw Maddie step out from behind the tree. After a few moments, he shook his head faintly, bringing himself out of the daze he was in. "Woah, you. . . look amazing."
She felt a little relived, but still uncomfortable. "I feel so stupid, I should have known what clothes were in my closet." She rubbed the back of her neck, "Anyways breakfast smells grate."
