He slid in next to him, curling up under the covers.

Erik curled around him and dug his face in his neck. He pressed a soft kiss against his skin. "I love you." He murmured.

He snugged up against him, giving him a small peck on the cheek. "I love you too." He whispered.

Erik closes his eyes. He slipped his hand up the back of his shirt and began to stroke his spine.

He smiled, letting out a content sigh.

Erik woke to the sound of the alarm. He groaned and rolled over, shutting off the alarm.

Denzel groggily forced his eyes open. "Mornin' already?"

Erik nodded and quite literally rolled out of bed. He landed on the floor in a heap.

"Hun? You okay?" He asked, sitting up.

"Fine." He grumbled and started to crawl to the bathroom.

He got up, getting dressed in his work clothes.

He got up and turned on the shower and jumped in.

He went downstairs to take care of breakfast, humming to himself.

Erik came downstairs half dressed. He walked up behind him. "What's for breakfast love?"

"Pancakes." He said, flipping one.
