Julia jumped a bit, turning to face the woman next to her. Had she really been that loud? She didn't think anybody could hear you. "O-oh, sorry… thank you though…" Her voice got quieter as she spoke, and her eyes kept flicking from the ground the the woman's face. Should I compliment her back? That's the right thing to do, right? "Y-your hair is nice, too. By the way."

"No need for apologies, you sounded lovely. And thank you," Sora said with a warm smile. Drumming her fingers lightly on the counter top, she wondered about what the woman before her was like. She seemed shy, enjoyed art, liked tea over coffee, and liked singing or humming at least.
"Not a coffee person, hm?" She asked, trying to spur conversation.

Julia blushed a little bit at the compliment. "No, not really. I don't like the taste, and caffeine actually makes me sleepy."

Sora simply nodded. She knew that people could get sleepy from caffeine, but didn't know anyone who did. Understandably, not everyone could appreciate the flavor of coffee. Despite how sweet you make it, there was always that taste that set people off.
"That's fair," she finally replied, enjoying looking at the woman's blushing face.

Josh was so engrossed with his music that he didn’t notice his elbow sliding dangerously close to his drink. Suddenly, he heard a distinct thump and a sloshing sound, and his eyes flew open. His cup was lying sideways on the ground, his mocha was seeping slowly across the floor. Josh swore quietly, dropping down to his knees to clean it up.

"It's uh, it's a thing that has to do with ADD, because it actually helps balance out certain chemicals in my brain–" she stopped suddenly, embarrassed that she had just shared that with a stranger who most likely wasn't interested in hearing it. She swiftly picked up her tea and backed away. "Sorry, I started rambling. Sorry…"
