"I'll go," Rainy offered, "just in case." She stepped forward, feeling for the wall, and gingerly walked through the acid. "Glad I wore my rain boots today," she remarked.
Maya but her lip anxiously, sighing when Rainy made it across safely.
Eli followed after Rainy, taking larger steps to avoid stepping in much of the acid.
After Pocky went across, Maya followed. “I don’t know what the last thing is.”
"We've made it past a lot of crazy stuff," Rainy said, smiling, "so I think we'll be okay! Let's keep going."
“Maybe,” she said uncertainly. As they crossed the threshold, the room was plunged into darkness. Maya felt around, but p pole that had been right next to her seemed to no longer exist.
Rainy didn't notice a difference. She kept walking along, humming a little. Then she realized she was feeling around and Eli wasn't next to her. "Uh…hello?"
No answer. Something was wrong. Maya spun around frantically. “Hello?” She called.
"Okay, so everyone's disappeared," Rainy muttered to herself, trying to stay calm and levelheaded. "I don't know what this means. I wish I could tell where I am." She kept feeling around, but there were no walls. She felt vulnerable. "Don't cry, just stay calm," she whispered to herself as she kept walking forward.
“Okay, Maya. Deep breaths.” This is probably the final trap… so it’ll be fine if I keep moving forward, right? Thinking that, she hesitantly startedn to walk forward, feeling for any walls.
Eli had been extremely shocked when everyone seemed to vanish. But, he pulled himself together. He had to stay calm if he was to get out. He made his way through the darkness, feeling for anything.
A little while later, Maya walked into a wall. Her vision cleared at around the same time, and she spun around, looking for people.
Rainy ran smack into the wall, her forehead throbbing as she fell back. "Ouch," she mumbled. She picked herself up and held onto the wall. "Anyone?" she called hopefully.
“Rainy?!” Maya said, turning.
"Maya!" Rainy breathed, relieved. "Thank goodness. Is everyone else here?"
“No,” she said, walking over. “You’re the only one I’ever seen. I just made it here though, so I don’t know…”
Rainy looked concerned. "I hope they can find their way. It's pretty scary being alone with no walls."
Eli eventually felt the wall, and his vision cleared, he searched around before finding the others. “Did that just happen to you guys too?!”
“Yes. Where’s Pocky?” She asked nervously.
"Eli!" Rainy cheered quickly. She smiled in his direction before her face fell. "I hope Pocky's alright…"
Eli smiled at that and looked around. “Haven’t seen her. And I’m sure she is, nothing bad happened in that room. It just felt like a long, dark hallway.”
“I mean, maybe there was something bad and just none of us touched it…” she hesitated, watching the hall.
//since she’s not here I think, want to just have her pop out

(Yeah, I guess.)
“Hopefully you’re wrong,” Eli said, following her gaze.
Rainy's foot tapped nervously against the floor. "Pocky…please…" she whispered, listening for footsteps.
A second later, Pocky walked out.
//just going to say that happened cause she’s not on
“Oh thank God,” Maya muttered.
