Cicada had moved her hand over his eyes, so his ability wouldn't work. She backed away from him grinning, "I want you to do that."
He growled, his eyes dilating and shrinking back down over and over and began speeding up until a white light shot out from them. It disappeared in seconds. That's what broke his brother.
Cicada watched the white light and muttered, "Jesus," she spoke clearer next, "So I guess your turn is up? Eheh."
He was panting and broken but still muttered, "Yeah… your turn,"
"Sorry," Cicada said going to untie him. He sounded broken and she really hoped that hadn't hurt him too badly.
He was okay, not really emotionally but physically.
That's what she thought. The ropes and chains fell, "You're free to go pretty boy."
Dalton was back to not looking her in the eyes, "Can I go for a walk before your turn?"
Cicada nodded, "Yeah. Go right on ahead."
(how should my character come into the story?)
(Oh! If he goes to the library he can accidentally find our characters)
Cicada nodded, "Yeah. Go right on ahead."
Dalton nodded and walked out into the library, just to recoup before he went back.
Cicada sat down in the chair and lit a small flame. She watched as the flame slowly flickered.
alex made their way to the library,
following after a noise they
heard.
(Yis ill make my dude/dudette after because my parents took my phone and its late)
Dalton wandered out into what he remembered as an empty library.
Cicada sat now criss crossed on the chair. Watching as her flame danced from hand to hand, shooting off a few smaller flares. Anything to siphon off her power.
Dalton sighed and made his way back. He was feeling better.
Cicada let out a sigh crossing her legs in a meditative pattern. She balanced her hands on her knees with her palms up. In each palm was a single flame, her eyes were closed and she was focusing on what was to come.
He surprised her by wrapping the chains around her. She could burn through rope not chain.
Cicada's eyes flew open as she glared at Darren her fists smothering the flames, "You could have given me a warning?!"
Character swap.
He chuckled. “I gave you as much warning as you gave your family,”
(Well shit, my bad.)
"Hah. Hah," Cicada laughed mockingly.
(Lol)
“Don’t you think they could have used some forewarning before you burned down their lives? Their everything?”
