Name: Jaeva (yay-vuh) Smith
Age: 16 1/2
Grade: Junior
Gender: Female
Sexuality: Lesbian
Personality: Typically reserved, sarcastic, sly, loves being around people but not talking to them, won't ever attack first (metaphorical and literal), a people watcher, won't be persuaded by mockery to do things (ex. 'don't play chicken feet with me'), would never betray someone lest a price be paid, would never pass up on a drink, is usually at least a little drunk, but you can't tell because she has a high alcohol tolerance from years of drinking, but will be slightly more outgoing and goofy when really drunk
Appearance: Squarer jaw, of Native American descent, tan skin, tall (5'11), not the skinniest, kinda curvy, has little to no upper body strength but could run for a long way, wavy hair that comes a bit past her chin (dyed dark blue and green, she calls it peacock hair) usually in a ponytail or down, bright eyes that change from crystal blue to steel grey depending on her mood, usually keeps a poker face
Typical Outfit (when they aren't wearing their uniform): Leather jacket, solid colored v-neck t-shirts, jeans and flower patterned airwalks
Why they're here (why their parents are rich, or what kind of super smarts they have): Shes very mathematically talented
Favorite subject: Classic American Literature
Background: She moved with her parents and two little brother from Idaho so she could attend the academy, she is really close with her brothers, her family is stable and she gets along with them, her parents think she's a good kid and never gets in trouble, she has not come out to them and started drinking at 13 to deal with her anxiety. She also has slight control issues that stem from her anxiety
Other (optional): Knows ASL
Theme Song/Song that describes them (optional): Kill Our Way to Heaven (Michl)
Shipping?: (yes/no) Yup
( @CoolCat she's good, the only thing is that in order to be at Eastwood for academic purposes they have to be prodigy-level smarts.)
(Also your poor girl may get eaten alive at this school)
(Oh… yeah I'm thinking prodigy-level smarts. As for the being eaten alive part? Uh…I'll see if I can manage? Any advice on how to change her to fit the RP?)
(Oh sorry I didn't mean you had to change her personality. I was just saying)
(I will see what happens, and, if worst comes to worst, she'll probably…it depends on the situation. I'll say this though: Abbie isn't all sunshine, rainbows, and happiness. She just prefers not to show the non-nice side of her to the public.)
(Do we have everyone yet?)
(No, there are some that asked to join that didn't make their template)
(Mine will be a while, sort of dealing with some stuff right now and this is on the bottom of my list. So feel free to start without me.)
(Cool. I’m probably just gonna repost the old starter I posted the first time around. I’ll probably just edit it a bit. And I think I’m gonna assign roommates. Also to anyone else who still needs to make their character, we don’t have very many boy characters)
Ivy Maxford stepped from her black limo. "Thank you, Robert," she said, smiling at the man holding the door open. She held her bag down at her side instead of poised on her wrist, glad she had been able to convince her mother she could make the trip alone. She went straight to the coffee shop on campus, desperately needing some caffeine.
"Alright!" Abbie was more than happy to go to the Academy, and her grin was wider than ever. She got out of the car, got her things, and waved her mom goodbye, happy to finally go to the Academy of her dreams. Where everyone aims to be-at the top. She walks onto campus, letting her eyes drift from place to place, eager to explore all the nooks and crannies.
Oliver got out of the car that was dropping him off and grabbed his bag. He looked around before walking to the doors to the dorms so he could drop all of this stuff. He had about two bags and currently wasn't even in uniform. He looked like he barely bothered with much today. It's not like classes would be hard the first week back.
(How do we get them together/into drama?)
(campus cafe like you are going to?)
(Sure!)
Abbie's stomach grumbled, and she pouted slightly before heading towards the school campus' cafe, hoping to get something of decency to eat. When Abbie entered, she was in awe. She was in public schools her whole life, being new to the Eastwood Academy area. To see anything gourmet served at a school was an impossibility, and here Abbie was, staring at it right in the face.
Oliver dropped off all of his stuff in his room and fixed his hair quickly. Then he walked out of the Dorms and over to the Cafe. He walked in and stood in line looking down at his phone.
(people are just gonna have to be mean and start drama)
(well my flirty sarcastic prick can be naturally rude)
Cherry stepped off of her cycle, taking off her helmet and shaking out her hair for a bit till satisfied that it was okay. "Suitable." She murmured to herself, walking to where her dorms were. She would drop off her bags and get her lab coat. Then she would head to the cafe to get some tea, then she would finally go to the labs.
Frank, Jayde's driver, had dropped her off at the front entrance of the school as always while he walked to the back to take her bags. She had about ten, mostly because she couldn't decide on what to bring and what not to bring. He took them to her room before she headed down to the campus cafe. She didn't want to go to her room just yet but wanted to see the students that would be attending the school this year. When she opened the door she saw some familiar faces and some new ones, all moving around the busy place.
(Sorry ive been busy, i will get mine up tomorrow)
Jaeva sighed as she hopped off her bicycle and hid it in a bush. She knew that nobody here would steal it, they're all rich and arriving in limos, but old habits die hard. She drew a neatly folded piece of paper from her side bag, and unfolded to see a map of the academy grounds. She figured she'd start by heading to her dorms. Maybe she'd be lucky, she thought, and end up not having a roommate.
"Ha." She murmured to herself, running a hand through her hair. With this shitload of rich kids, there would be no single rooms left.
(Sorry ive been busy, i will get mine up tomorrow)
(It’s okay. Do you know what gender your character will be and what grade they’ll be in? If not, it’s okay)
