"I didn't see them, I just heard the alarms going off and got inside. I even checked the video feed for around the building, but I still…" Amethyst trailed off as a sudden thought occurred to her, and she muttered under her breath, "Oh, crap no."
She spun around quickly and went back into her office, checking the video feed again. This time she turned on the thermal imaging and saw an army advancing.
"DANG IT!" she shouted, slamming her fist down on the desk. "They used a freaking cloak."
Odin stood outside her office, not sure if he was allowed to go in. "A whole army used a cloak? I didn't know that was possible."
"Neither did I," Amethyst muttered, "but they did, apparently." Her eyes didn't leave the screen as she tapped her fingers on her desk. "We're going to need all the warriors we can spare out there. It looks like there are about two hundred soldiers out there."
Two…hundred… Odin tried to hide his fear by putting on a straight face. "I think it would be best to attack stealthily. We have an advantage, because we know the area."
"Mm-hm," Amethyst agreed simply, nodding her head. "Any chance you could go round up the others? I need everyone in the auditorium."
(The auditorium is just a really big room where Ames addresses the rebels.)
Odin nodded, not saying a word as he left the building. He ran up to the first building nearby, making sure that his voice wasn't too loud. "We need everyone in the auditorium immediately."
(Still out cold)
(Oof, sorry. Nothing I can do about that…)
(I'm trying to do something, but y'all ain't responding.)
Odin nodded, not saying a word as he left the building. He ran up to the first building nearby, making sure that his voice wasn't too loud. "We need everyone in the auditorium immediately."
Amethyst swiped a hand across the floating screens, closing them, and left her office. She pressed her hand back onto the spot where she had opened the door, but this time the door closed and locked with a click. As quickly as she could, and gathering everyone in her path, she made her way to the auditorium.
(I'm trying to do something, but y'all ain't responding.)
(Do what?)
(Get you guys inside the main buildings.)
(I'm trying to do something, but y'all ain't responding.)

(Get you guys inside the main buildings.)
(Oh… You could try and get Ian out but he is knocked out cold)
Kasey sighed. They weren't responded. She turned on her personal cloak and walked out of the building to get them.
Odin saw Kasey walking by. He walked briskly up to her. "Kasey, Amethyst requested that everyone go to the auditorium."
(hi I'm back)
"No no NO NO," Akyra panicked as she tried to shake Ian awake. "You have to wake up, you have to get out of here!"
Gotta stay calm, gotta stay calm
That's when she heard them.
The thunder of marching footsteps.
"I'm getting Ian and Akyra," Kasey whispered to Odin, "I'll be there soon."
He nodded before running off to the next building, tapping on the door. "Everyone to the auditorium, stat."
"Come on. Auditorium. Now," Amethyst directed the warriors she passed. She had almost reached the giant room when something caught her eye.
Akyra got out her transmitter.
'AMES, AMES ARE YOU THERE!? PLEASE' she said, tears beginning to leak out her eyes.
This is bad, this is very bad
She couldn't find her meds and she had skipped her last dose. She couldn't hold it much longer.
She kept trying to wake Ian up. "Come on. comeoncomeoncomeon."
Kasey reached the medical tent. She entered and saw the state Ian and Akyra were in, "Akyra grab Ian and bring him to the med bay in the tech wing. I'll help you two there."
Ian opens his eyes, looks around then winces
"What is it, Akyra?" Amethyst said, ignoring the thing that had caught her eye as she heard her cousin's voice. "What wrong?"
