“Blaine, are you ok?” Amai stood up and ran towards the bathroom. He stood outside, letting Blaine have her privacy. He bit his lip.

Nonononono. This can't be right. I covered it well. The bandage shouldn't be soaked through, yet.
Blaine took the sweatshirt off to examine the wound. She was more worried about the stain the blood would leave on the hoodie than she was about bleeding this much, but she knew that she had to check on the gash in her shoulder. With shaking hands, she moved the strap of her tank top, looking at the already-soaked gauze as she did so. She gently pulled the gauze off, biting her lip when it hurt. After cleaning the wound again, she grabbed a new piece of gauze and more medical tape, then rebandaged it more carefully and using more gauze.
Now, hopefully, it won't bleed through this one so quickly.
She sighed, fixed her strap, then picked the hoodie up. Realizing that she was only wearing a tank top, Blaine inwardly groaned. She couldn't just go out in that, she needed a shirt.
The only shirt she could find was the one she had been wearing earlier, but the gauze on her shoulder would be visible due to the off-the-shoulder sleeves. Deciding that the shirt was better than nothing, she set the hoodie down and pulled the shirt on. After picking the hoodie up, she opened the door and noticed Amai standing just outside. She had forgotten he was there.
Her mouth moved, forming words that didn't come out, until she finally just closed her mouth.
(I’m probably gonna go for now, I’m not in much of a writing mood, sorry! :P)
Amai gasped when he saw the gauze, “What happened?!” Amai asked, his voice filled with worry.
(No problem!)
Blaine bit her lip, quickly forming a lie to cover up what had really happened.
"Oh, you know me, I'm a klutz," she laughed, then shrugged. "I was about to chop up some lettuce for a salad, and the knife slipped from my hands and flew up. I tried to catch it, and I did, but it wasn't exactly the best way, as you can see."
Amai couldn’t help but let out a small laugh, “Why would you try to catch a knife?!” Amai asked, “Trying to catch a knife isn’t the safest thing in the world.”
Blaine laughed and shrugged with her good shoulder.
"To be honest, I wasn't thinking about that. I just thought, 'Oh, I dropped something, I need to pick it up,'" she explained.
“Probably not the best thing to think when you’re dealing with knives,” Amai laughed.
"Apparently," Blaine laughed. She was glad the lie had been taken so well and that Amai wasn't suspicious.
“So, need help with it?” Amai asked, smiling, “You could probably handle it, but hey, you helped me, so I’ll be glad to return the favor.”
Blaine opened her mouth to tell him, "No, I'm fine," but the words didn't come out. Instead, she said, "Sure."
(I gtg for now, cya!)
“Alright, do you have all the things I need?” Amai asked.
(Okie-doke! Later!)
"Yeah. I'll go grab them," Blaine said, nodding as she stood. She made her way to the bathroom and grabbed the rest of her medical supplies. There was a fair amount, more than any normal person would have, but… she was not a normal person.
“Perfect!” Amai looked at them all, “That’s quite a bit of supplies,” Amai mused.
Blaine laughed. "Yeah, I'm pretty accident prone," she explained, setting everything on the floor before taking her seat again.
Amai laughed, “I can believe that.” Amai looked at all the supplies individually, looking at their uses, just in case.
"So… Do you know what you're doing?" Blaine asked as she moved her sleeve away from the wound.
“Yeah, I’ve dealt with things like this before,” Amai nodded. He looked over at at Blaine. He secretly googled ‘how to treat deep cuts’ and only found ‘go to a doctor.’ Well duh. He sighed deeply and looked at the cut, “Are you ok with going to the doctor? It looks really bad.”
(I totally didn’t look up how to treat a deep cut and only find ‘go to a doctor.’ Definitely not~)
(Lol.)
Blaine opened and closed her mouth a few times at the suggestion. She closed her eyes with a sigh, shaking her head slowly.
"No, that's okay. I'll just treat it myself if you can't," she said. If she went to the doctor, they would ask her how she got it, and they definitely wouldn't buy the "I-accidentally-dropped-a-knife-and-tried-to-catch-it-but-ended-up-stabbing-myself" lie.
“Ok, well, I don’t know if it’s the best idea, but ok. I don’t want to ‘cause it might just get worse.” Amai stood and stretched, forgetting about his bruise. He winced and sighed, “Well, good luck, I guess. I should probably get going, I have to go visit Mom, and I’m late. I’ll see you around!” Amai waved goodbye and went to his own apartment. He went into his apartment to say goodbye to his cats and grabbed his keys. He locked the door and went to visit his mom.
Blaine said goodbye to Amai before he left, then pick her supplies up and brought them back to the bathroom. With a sigh, she pulled her shirt over her head and moved the strap of her tank top. This time, she was determined to fix it herself.
