"What are you doing Cyrus?" Ivy asked, reminding him she was still there.
"What are you doing Cyrus?" Ivy asked, reminding him she was still there.
Ivy had been still, so Cyrus hadn’t been able to see her. Damn his sight based vision. He looked over, grimacing as he slowly stood, leaning a hand against his bedside table. “I have to go back there, see if those people are still there,” he muttered, trying to catch his breath.
"No, no, and no, You need to stay here and rest," Ivy said, taking a step forwards.
She made it back and climbed through her window into her room. She panted and looked at her phone, Cyrus couldn't run tomorrow. Shade sighed in relief that made two of them. She got ungeared and looked at her injuries, guess she was going to Rose later today.
“I don’t want to rest,” Cyrus responded, feeling the hunger claw at his stomach. He had the overwhelming urge to shift and never go back, let the Wengido have control and do as it pleases.
"I refuse to let you be a Wendigo forever, stay," She said more forcefully.
“How the hell..?” Cyrus started before shaking his head. No, this wasn’t his problem. “I need to eat,” he continued, a hiss in his tone.
"Jack Peter already asked all questions necessary," Ivy said.
“Doesn’t matter, I’m leaving,” Cyrus snapped, forcing himself to stand straight and move past Ivy,
(Meow I got the doc. You can stop.)
(Sorry, it keeps making me send it u)
(Okay.)
"Don't kill yourself then, and I'll be watching you, keep that in mind," Ivy said leaving the room.
A low clicking noise sounded from the back of Cyrus’ throat, even though he knew Ivy wouldn’t be able to understand it. Cyrus slipped out of the dorm, making his way down the hall, occasionally putting his hand on a wall to steady himself.
Ivy quickly changed into Midnight, silently following Cyrus.
Shade poked at her abdomen and hissed at the pain. She gently put on her hoodie and called Rose, "Yeah, I'm going to be by later today."
"What stupid thing did you do this time?" Rose sounded absolutely done with her.
"A lot of stupid things," Shade sighed, "I'll be there in a ten okay?"
"You better be," Rose responded before ending the call. Shade sighed and went to go and leave the dorms.
Cyrus left the dorms, circling around to the back of the building near a patch of woods. He took a deep breath, eyes first shifting to the sickly yellow color before he hissed in pain and fell onto his hands and knees, bones cracking and snapping as they shifted into different places. Fangs slowly grew from his mouth, and claws from his nails, skin turning grey and pulling tighter against his bones.
Midnight watched Cyrus intently, Tsk, Tsk.
Shade saw her car was in the parking lot and began the journey to Rose's house. She was so lucky to have a friend with minor healing abilities.
Once Cyrus was shifted, he simply felt like he faded into black, the Wendigo having control over its own body. It hissed, staying in the crouched position before running off at a very quick speed into the forest.
(I'll be back soon! See Y'all in a few)
(Seeyah. Also! I was thinking of an idea for an rp, but I’m not sure how it would be, so can I get some opinions on it? Will explain, it’s kind of a lot..)
(Go on ahead!)
//explain yes
(Alright, cool. So it’s based off of a book called This Savage Song by Victoria Scwab (I recommend it!) and it’s sort of set in a dystopian universe, in the world of Verity. In this rp, there would be two sides, the north sector and the south sector. In the north sector, there are cities and beautiful towns, which are home to humans. The south sector is in ruins, cities falling apart, and it is home to the creatures living there, but there will be more on them in a moment! The humans and the monsters have been in a long war, only separated by a high wall in between the sectors so that no monsters would get through. But the wars calmed, and now things are simply tense between the two sectors. Now, onto the fun part: the monsters!
Corsai: These are generally inhuman looking creatures that are made completely out of shadow. They feed off of humans, and can be found in both the north and the south sectors. Darkness fuels them, and things like light, fire, and iron weaken them. They are known for their savage nature and their visciousness when killing. They usually will be seen in groups of their own kind, lone Corsai are barely seen.
Malchai: These are human looking creatures that are usually unnaturally tall, have red eyes, pale skin, and sharp teeth and nails. These creatures also have a solid, thick bone plate for ribs, making them difficult to kill by stabbing to the chest. The creatures can be found in both the north and south sectors. They feed off of meat, usually humans. Though, in the north sector, humans keep them as “pets” or slaves, controlling them using things such as electric shock collars. Blood fuels them, and electricity and iron weakens them. In the north sector, they can be found with their humans either alone or in groups (never not with a person in the north, though some do revolt). In the south, they rebel together and are usually the ones who cause trouble.
Sunai: These are some of the most rare and powerful creatures. They are born when disaster strikes, such as a hurricane or school shooting that kills many. When they are created, they usually take the age of those who were the most killed (so if children are killed, then Sunai will appear as a child). They look extremely human, the only give away being their markings (more on that in a sec). They can only be found in the south sector, though some sneak into the north sector to blend in with the humans or to reap. To reap, they use music. Each Sunai comes into existence with an instrument. Using that instrument, they are able to reap the souls of humans to feed (can only reap sinners souls. Sinners souls, like those who have committed murder or a major crime, have a glowing red tint to their skin that only a Sunai can see). A Sunai gets a new marking every time they do feed (example: if their markings are tally marks, then they get a new tally mark for every time they feed). If a Sunai goes 72 hour’s without feeding, they go through a process of going “Dark”. They grow very hot and feverish, eventually overheating. When they go “Dark” they turn into something inhuman, forgetting themselves and causing mass destruction. A Sunai can only go dark two times, if a third time happens, it will die, and after going dark, their skin is cleansed of all previous markings. Their only known weakness is iron, and they can be found either in groups or alone, though there are usually not enough to form a full group.)
