Kasumi Enderas goes to the same university as Maximus Kallos. She is one of the top students but seems shy while on campus. In addition to going to classes, she works at May's old-fashioned diner as a waitress in the morning. Unbeknownst to her family, she also works at OZ, an LGBTQ+ nightclub, as a masked singer called Siren. Maximus happens to go to both places on the same day and starts to connect the dots…
Name: Maximus "Max" Nathan Kallos
Age: 23
Gender: Male
Sexuality: Pansexual
Personality: At first sight, Maximus seems like the type to not care about anything, disinterested towards all around him and concerned with only his own matters, however, upon getting to know him more, often people find him to be softer than they expected. Distant at first, he grows warmer as people get to know him, his cautious side slowly letting down his guard to allow others in past his walls. Upon getting to know him, he is caring and loyal towards his friends, willing to rush to their defense if they need his help. Usually, he is able to keep a calm and cool mind to address things logically and rationally, however, when he loses his cool and gets angry, he will go into a rage and become more impulsive, relying on the instincts he has gathered over the years.
Appearance:
Height: 5'7
Eye Color: Dark Brown
Hair Color: Light Blonde
General Features: With light blonde hair separated down the side, some of the strands are close to clouding his vision, but he doesn’t seem to mind it much. If someone was to look closely though, they would see the soft undertones of ash blonde, his original hair color, tucked under the dyed lighter blonde. Max dyes his hair regularly to maintain his hair color as well. Although his eye color is a typical dark brown, they seem to brighten under the lighting. Sharp features make up most of his face, paired with an expression that normally spoke of disinterest whilst being observant. He has a muscular build, trained up from his years of martial arts and helping around with manual labor to support his mother and himself. There are scars scattered across his body from a range of different experiences of working, in particular, a burn scar mark on his left arm that came from his younger self when he tried to cook for his mother. He usually tries to hide this with long sleeved shirts. Max also has ear piercings on both his earlobes and the tattoos in the pic, except the ones on the fingers and outer palm.

Outfit: Max prefers to wear loose non-constricting clothing, but tight enough that it does not flap around and destroy his concentration when fighting. This helps him to hide his figure but also gives him the freedom of movement. Due to his bad eyesight, he is normally spotted in his glasses, although he carries around spare contacts, as he worries the glasses could fall off or get in the way.
Other: He's ambidextrous and I'm terrible at making characters
(is he okay?)
(That is so awesome I absolutely love it)
(I'm going to add to mine a bit so it's more detailed like yours)
Name: Kasumi "Kas" Sakura Enderas
Age: 22
Gender: female
Sexuality: Bisexual
Appearance:
Height: 5'7"
Eye color: fades from dark green to light green from the outer ring towards the pupil; in the right light, you can see small golden flecks
Hair color: naturally incredibly dark brown, but she dyes it cotton candy pink. She redyes it often enough that only her family knows her real hair color. It goes just past her shoulder blades and she leaves it down except at the diner (ponytail)
General features: naturally tan skin; lithe and curvy, though you can't tell in her normal clothes; slightly muscular from the stress dancing/workouts that occur on an almost nightly basis; white scar across palm from being cut by broken glass after dropping a glass cup
Clothes:
Constant: two silver hoop cartilage piercings on left ear, diamond lip piercing; two lobe studs on either ear; diamond navel piercing; wing tattoos on back
At the diner: uniform - light blue knee-length dress with a white collar; white apron; black flats
At school/home/with family: Jeans, t-shirts, baggy sweaters, black flats
At the club: black lacey crop top; fishnet tights; black pleather mini skirt; black heeled combat boots; silver bracelet; black mask
Personality:
Around her family: she seems quiet and reserved, the perfect little lady. She talks softly and seldom, preferring the company of books to her family. They know she likes singing and dancing, but not to the true extent, nor do they approve of her hair or piercings
Diner: nearly the same as with family, but a little more open, if only for the sake of good customer service
Club: this is where she is happiest, for more reasons than one. For the acceptance of her sexuality and appearance, for the appreciation she gets for her talent, for the friends she's made there, and for her anonymity. Here, she is free to laugh and talk and flirt. She lets her reservations go and allows herself to be, well, herself
Other: has insomnia, thus the job at the nightclub and working out at night; singing and dancing are what keep her grounded and happy, without them, she would have given up a long time ago; even though she works at a club, she has never had alcohol
(That is so awesome I absolutely love it)
(thx! and I love ur character also)
(okie dokie, ready to start?)
Kasumi weaved her way through the kitchen of May's Diner. She was balancing a full tray of food in one hand and holding a pot of hot coffee in the other. Making her way into the dining area, she had to step to the side to narrowly avoid a small child that ducked into her path. She nearly sighed with relief when she arrived at the appointed table. After giving them all their food and filling up their coffees, she started back to the kitchen but noticed a new customer. A lone man in one of the window booths…
Max was on his phone, looking around for jobs, while sitting in a window booth in May's Diner. He had heard it was a good place and hoped that everything wasn't too expensive since he was about to be broke soon.
After putting up the empty coffee pot, Kasumi approached the table of the man. "Hello, sir, and welcome to May's diner!" she said, pulling out her small notepad. "Do you know what you'd like to drink today?"
Max glanced up from his phone and at the woman, "Aren't you Kas from my university….?" He asked, tilting his head to the right slightly.
Kasumi's eyes widened and she dropped her notebook. "What? Oh, umm-" she stuttered as she bent over to get her notebook. "I- well- yes I am. How do you know my name? I don't talk to anyone…"
"I'm a few of your classes and I just remembered your name." He answered as he picked up the notebook and handed it to her with a small smile on his face.
"Oh…" Kasumi said, gratefully taking the notebook back from him. "I'm honestly rather surprised. I don't talk to people at school, so I assumed no one knew me."
"A lot of people actually know your name since the teachers talk about you a lot." Max replied, putting his phone away.
"Huh, yeah," Kasumi responded, rubbing her arm awkwardly. "So… what would you like to drink?"
"I'll just take water." He said, glancing over the menu to see if he could afford anything or not.
