Two rulers who were raised to hate each other must now come together to save their world, whether they like it or not. But who says they won't?

Deleted user

And… no I don't. I usually don't have any specific forms, just give any info you want

Yeah….. lets just say that the "Skills Development group" sorta-kinda worked.

As Mindori-Faye walked down the hall, her green eyes clear and sharp, she listened to the babblings of her generals behind her, Raz and Reese. Brothers, on the battlefield and off, and her most trusted companions. She let a smile spread on her lips as they laughed. Today was a good day.

As they neared the meeting room, Faye raised her fist and silence fell. “Look alive boys, a new mission awaits.” She drawled and nodded to the soldiers keeping post outside of the door. Her chin held, she entered and took her place at her father’s left side. She greeted him with a nod, ignoring the glare she earned from her sister who sat on his right. After their little clash last year, they weren’t on talking terms.

‘Things are how they should be…’ Faye told herself.

Her father had started his meeting before him and now he addressed their issues. The Fae and the rise in border skirmishes. “Our borders are being tested by forces we have never seen.” He mused, scratching the stubble on his chin. “I thought it was Fae but after many trials, we have found them innocent.” He slammed a fist against the table in frustration. Faye only listened partly. She didn’t care of what the others had to suggest, she already knew. Something they weren’t ready for was at their doorstep and if they didn’t pull it together, they were going to be slaughtered.

The King raised his hand, calling for silence. He sighed. “It has been discussed, we shall strive for an alliance among the Fae. It is only to ensure that we destroy this evil before it shows its full extent. Mindori-Faye.” He turned and looked at her, his forest green eyes mirroring her own. “I am sending you as our representative.” Faye’s breath caught. Her sister hissed. “I trust you enough to know that you can handle this in an appropriate manner, and you can make this quick. If I send you, it sends a sign of peace yet, firmness. Our standards have already discussed, you and your generals leave in the morn-” He gripped his chest. His eyes widened as he wheezed. Hell broke loose as everyone scrambled for the king as he fell from his seat, convulsing.

Faye had no idea that would be the last time she’d see her father. The last time she would speak with him. The burial and carination was hasty and finished by morning, along with her mourning period. As she rode in a carriage towards the Fae kingdom, she listened to nothing her advisor told her, he tried desperately to get her to register the means of this agreement. Faye looked at the fine gown she wore, the diadem upon her head feeling much heavier as she nodded dully. The ride was silent and over much sooner than Faye had hoped. She stepped from the carriage, her generals flanking him. “Look alive,” She told them.

Sorry it took so long, I promise they all won't be like this.

"You will be entertaining our guest, she is from another kingdom and should be arriving shortly. Treat her with respect, she is the second princess." The king of Fae instructed his son.

Hunter looked taken aback, he quickly composed himself and asked. "What? Why me?" he asked but was interrupted by his father saying. "Great! She's here!"

Faye took a deep breath before she entered the room, sending Raz and Reese before her to announce her presence. She squared her shoulders and made to look firm and powerful. The click of her heels echoed as she entered, taking in the sight of two Fae. The king, obviously, and someone oddly familiar. She nodded to address them. "Greetings."

Hunter bowed his head when he heard someone enter the room. "Hello." He said as his father descended the stairs down to the new girl. "I am King Oberon." The king says once he reaches her.

She turned her attention to him and smiled. "It is a pleasure." Though it truly wasn't. "I'm Princess Midori-Faye, the second daughter of His Majesty Lerion III. I have come as his representative in the pressing matter of…. threats amongst our lands." Her eyes flickered to the boy once more, he seemed so familiar, but she wasn't sure where she had seen him before.

"This is my son, prince Hunter." The king introduces, Hunter also coming down the stairs. "Hello," Hunter said, somewhat coldly. "I'm supposed to show you around, though I don't see why I should show you around." He stated, the last part meant for his father.
