The creature's ears perked up, one swiveling forward, the other resting back. Voices, she could hear several, and they sounded nearby. Eve lifted her head, blue eyes coming to land upon a group further away. None of them the creature recognized, none of the scents familiar to her. Like her master and herself though, a few of them seemed to actually have 'color' compared to the bland contrast of blacks, grays, and whites.
Her wings fluttered against her back, her small form moving up and down ever so slightly as she continued to stand on Ragnor's chest. Her head turned back to look at him, noticing he had closed his eyes again. Eve laid her ears back, noticing he seemed to slip back into a light sleep. Seemed she was on her own here.
Now, she didn't want to leave him just laying in the field here, but the creature also didn't want to leave his side. The small fae-like familiar gave a soft chirrup, ears laid back. She couldn't help but feel sorry for the man, feeling that it was her fault they had now ended up in some strange, alien world. If only she hadn't tried to move that heavy box by herself…
The creature lifted her blue eyes upwards, looking over the plants that surrounded them. Yes, they were in a field, probably growing some kind of harvestable crop. They should just be like the ones in her world, with a bit of magic and a gentle voice, the plant life should listen…hopefully.
The small thing rested her paws lightly on her master's chest, a soft, green glow emitting from her form. A few words of an unknown origin were whispered softly under breath. At first, the plants around swayed, unsure, but then eventually, the grayish plants moved.
The stems and leaves entwined against one another, creating a makeshift cocoon of sorts, covering the dozing male. Eve would rather keep him hidden for the time, well, protected in a way, till she was sure these strangers meant no harm. A few well placed pats of her paws, checking the structure, then her wings lifted her upwards off the ground.
Her small form flitted closer to the group of strangers. Eve's ears swiveled back and forth, listening intently to the conversation happening. Seemed a few of these others were also randomly transported into this strange world. So far, only 2 of the individuals introduced themselves, a horned female called 'Vix', and the other, a stranger that seemed to be dressed in the drab monochromatic colors reflecting this strange place. They had called themselves 'Lior'.
As for the other pair, they had said not a word of their names. One, the young female, seemed to be in search of another girl. Then the other, a male with a dog by his side, asked the question most likely all of them were wondering. Where was 'here'?
Eve simply continued to hover in the background, listening quietly to the conversation between the strangers. More likely to learn more by listening, unless someone or something noticed her. Which wasn't unlikely, being a soft green color against a gray/white/black background.
