Luca narrowed his eyes at her, stepping forward. Why couldn't you say that out loud?

Tanrial glanced back and forth between the two of them, utterly confused.
Xander suddenly felt a rush of fear flood through his body. His fingers were tingling, almost asleep. He was going to start running away, but his legs seemed to want to stay put on the concrete. Something strange was going on here.
I dunno. It's fun, I guess. Genevieve shrugs.
What are you? A demon?
(I have to go. Bye!)
(See ya!)
(I was just getting on here to say I had to go lol. See ya guys tomorrow!)
What are you? A demon?
Nope.
((Hey, is this still a thing? Sorry to be annoying, I'm kinda bored.))
(yeah, if you want it to be. And you're not being annoying lol)
(I don’t mind if it keeps going)
((Neat.))
Then what? Luca tilted his head, curious.
To be honest, I'm not completely sure. Genevieve smiles.
Well that's reassuring, he thought sarcastically. "Can you talk out loud now? This is exhausting," he grumbled.
“You… what? Mother above.” Tanrial muttered.
Luca looked over at Tanrial, confused. "I'm sorry, what?"
“She’s not human I take it? Talking to each other through minds, indicates she isn’t.” She crossed her arms.
"I don't think so," he said.
“Well, is she coming?” She asked.
"Yes, she is. And she has a name, you know." Genevieve smiles again. The way she acts is similar to a young child who hasn't completely figured out the world yet.
"And that name is…?" Luca asked, irritated.
"Genevieve." She offers her hand to shake. "Pleased to meet you."
