Appearance (True form): Fluffy glowing blue-white hair with (again) glowing kaleidoscopic silver eyes, area where heart is glows the same color as her hair. Glowing (damn daniel back at it again with the-) silver runes constantly shift on her body, and she has these glowing (lmao she's just one giant glowstick) wings. They're actually pretty tiny, only reaching up to her elbows when spread out fully. She's working on a way to try and make artificial wings… outcome looking not so good.
Disguised form:
Occupation (soldier, scholar, witch, mage etc.): Mage
Personality: A bit of a wild card, and very adventurous, with an extroverted spirit. She hates her angel blood, and will only use her wings when absolutely necessary. Acts out as much as she can to show that she's not perfect. A bit of a delinquent. Likes science and physics. Can and will flirt with a cactus if it benefits her.
Magic: Fire. Her favorite thing to do is make finger guns at the enemy, make lame "pew pew" sounds, and obliterate them with a giant ball of fire while they're too busy laughing.
Flaws: She can be quite reckless at times.
Reasons for being assigned: Although she is unpredictable and has little control over her magic (it's fueled by emotions, rather than will), she is one of the most powerful mages at her age.
Relations to other powerful beings: Her mother is the angel, and constantly pressures MJ to do better, which leads MJ to cause more trouble. Then her mother shows up again, and etc etc.
Other: Uses a large weapon… maybe a staff pointed at both ends? Hammer? Loves to whack people intentionally with it when they're being annoying.

(It's really good, as for occupation if she was raised and lived in the human world she could have a job that plays on her angle half; things that require a lot of heart and kindness to do. I'd recommend something in the medical field since water is a 'healing' element, but that choice is up to you.)

Appearance (True form): One completely black eye, one human eye that's bright green, long flowing hair that is either dark black or white depending on the light and the energy of the people around her with rainbow streaks in it. Wings the are like oil (black but reflects rainbow)
Disguised form: Tanned skin, freckles, her eye that's green is green but her eye that's black looks normal but dark brown. Shoulder length, light brown hair. Short, wears glasses

Personality: Smart, quiet, tries to help others, soft-spoken, book smart, supportive, reliable, loyal
Magic: Life
Flaws: Can get angry really easily (has anger issues) and tries desperately to keep herself calm. Explodes when she isn't calm and is really mean, manipulative, and controlling. Too trusting of anyone who isn't a demon.

Relations to other powerful beings: Her mother is a super powerful demon who tries to interfere with her life, Parker tries to have nothing to do with her. Her father is a fairly powerful angel that tries to watch over her and protect her from her mother. Her parents argue non-stop whenever they're around each other.
Other: Her weapon is a powerful bow that she's really good with but she tries not to hurt people if she can help it
