(guys do you remember that El Tango De Roxanne Ashfur MAP that was out a couple of years ago? I may have planned an animatic to the same song for Windflight, Thistlepad and Featherbreeze and I have some headcanons about how Windflight died)

Swiftstar nodded to Stormpaw as she arrived. "Cloudypaw, can you leave us please? I'm sure Whitestreak and his apprentices will want to look you over before you leave." Cloudypaw nodded and gave Stormpaw a polite nod and a small wink as she left, trotting towards the medicine den.

Swiftstar sat facing Stormpaw and Springheart, clearing her throat to speak. Ever since she lost a life to that fox-hearted ThunderClan warrior Rainfrost on that patrol into ShadowClan territory, the young leader had found it harder to speak for long periods of time with out coughing.

"I wanted to ask if you, Mistpaw and Vixenpaw would like to attend the gathering this evening?" She held up her tail to stop Stormpaw before he got to excited, "If you can tell Springheart why you and your friends left camp to cross the ThunderClan border the other day, and what you told me as we went."

Stormpaw paused. "W-what?" he spoke. He had gotten excited at the mention of the gathering but all his excitement dropped the very next second. "I… I don't know what you mean." he chuckled, averting Swiftstar- mostly Springheart's- gaze. I don't need reminding that I can see dead cats…

Springheart sighed, reaching a paw out and holding Stormpaw's. "Storm…" she mewed softly, sounding exactly how you would expect a mother to sound. "You know you can tell me, tell both of us anything, right? We're your parents." Stormpaw huffed, "it was nothing. If you're talking about me, Mistpaw and Cloudypaw crossing the border into ThunderClan, Swiftstar was there too. I'm sure she told you everything." his tone sounded incredibly annoyed.
"Stormpaw." Springheart meowed, sounding serious as she narrowed her eyes. "You don't speak to me or Swiftstar like that."
"Or what?" Stormpaw hissed.
"Stormpaw, stop. You're acting like a kit." Springheart sighed, "I just want to know why you crossed into ThunderClan. You worried me. You all did." the hare-brown queen mewed, her violet eyes now softening up, as did her voice. Trying to keep the conversation peaceful. She didn't want to have an argument. "You left without telling any cat and- fought your friend? I thought the two of you were close?"
Stormpaw bristled, "He's not my friend. He's a- a flea-ridden mange-pelt." he hissed. Sliding his claws out, he wanted to teach Flamepaw another lesson. He threatened to tell Rainfrost about Ciel. he thought angrily, he paused for a second before looking up at his mother. "Wait… how'd you know I fought Flamepaw? Swiftstar told you already, didn't she? Why are you badgering me for the reason I left when she can tell you!" He looked at Swiftstar with narrowed eye before back at his mother. Springheart flicked her tail, er- lashed it out of anger. "Because I would prefer to hear why my son left camp for seemingly no reason at all. I shouldn't even be needing to give you a reason on why I want to know."

Stormpaw felt a growl rumbling in his throat. I don't need to tell you anything!

SOBBING NO- STORM STOP BEING A RATTT //
also like, im so sorry this took forever :cryy: I had like 15 ideas I wanted to do, but for drama-sake. Have Stormpaw arguing with his mother <333 //

@PastelTart

Mistpaw turned her head at the sound of raised voices. Her eyes widened at the sight of Stormpaw and Sprignheart, seemingly arguing. What are they doing? She wondered as she padded toward them, concern evident in her gaze.

Swiftstar sighed. She felt a bit of anger rise in her throat and took a moment to force it down. "Stormpaw, I wanted to give you a chance to tell her yourself." She stood up, and though she wasn't much taller than Stormpaw himself, she seemed to loom over him. "I did tell her you fought Flamepaw and who was there but that was not everything. You told me something and I said that you should tell Springheart because of a very specific detail. Do you remember what that was?" She brought her face closer to the young tom's. "And you will not speak to either of us like that again." Her gaze softened, "If you tell us now, you, Mistpaw, and Vixenpaw can still go to the gathering, and I will maybe, just maybe, forget about you breaking the warrior code."

(I just remembered Vixenpaw was still a kit when they went on this particular outing)

@ZephirFox8812

(also if Vixenpaw ever gets to go to the moonpool they will have to go through ThunderClan territory and I can imagine some real edge there)

Mintpaw's ears pricked with interest. "Really? Could you tell me about them?" She asked. "Your friends, I mean. It sounds like you miss them." She added, sympathetically.

"Yeah! I really do! It's been a while since I've seen them. Hopefully, We get invited to the gathering so I can see them!" The white and black tom shook his head.

"I'd love to meet them. They must be great." Mintpaw said. "Speaking of… do you think we could be friends?" She shifted slightly away from him, as if embarrassed. "I mean, if you don't want to, that's fine. I just thought maybe…"

As Mistpaw approached, the conversation between her mothers and Stormpaw became clearer. "What's going on?" She asked, stopping at Stormpaw's side. "Is something wrong?"
