Adrian saw another Hazriann and two Tekpakis conversating, something about a library and places to stay. He decided to heelp them quickly before minding his own business again. "'There's one down south from here. They are also renting out apartments nearby." He said before turning around.
Kelda smiles. "Thank you!"
Conrad holds out his hand, keeping his mind blank as he waits for the Tepaki man to hand over the card. "Thanks."
He pockets the card and nods to the Tepaki. "Pleasure doing business with you again, sir."
The man frowns but nods back.
Conrad smiles. Sure, the Tepaki got the longer end of the stick; Conrad had to hand over some pricey supplies, but with a little work, he could sell this ID card for millions if he waved it under the noses of the right kind of desperate people.
He saunters off down the street in lovely, sinful Tepaki town, whistling a merry tune.
Adrian headed out of the gates, looking for his new home that he had claimed months before. Everyone was excited to live their new lives out of the Ghetto. He took out his keys and unlocked the door to his new home.
Kelda looks around. "I have no clue where to go…" She whispers.
Conrad holds up a hand when he's offered a bouquet of blue flowers by a vendor in a 'no thank you' gesture.
He takes a back way back to where he left his transportation.
(What kind of vehicles do we have? Can we choose, or do you have something in mind, @shurithetsunderewolf13?)
I was thinking advanced cars. e.i. no mechanism, can last forever due to fuel efficiency increase, have self driving and various other mechanisms.
i feel like i missed a bunch for some reason…//
(Nerp, not letting this die.)
Kelda looks around, lighting up at a library.
(Who wants to be roommates with Adrian so I can keep this going)
Kelda walks away from the library, knowing she had to meet her roommate.
Adrian looked inside his newly built and furnished home. It was three stories and would house four people including him. They were also allowing other races to live together so he hoped it wouldn't be a problem.
Kelda knocks on the open door, cautious.
Adrian turns to see a girl from earlier at the door and just acknowledges her.
Kelda smiles ever so slightly, walking in. "Hey…"
"Hello." He responds, not looking at her yet. He walks up the stairs to claim his room. It had a large king bed with memory foam, closet, dresser, a small desk, and even a mini fridge that was already stocked up. He entered his own private bathroom to see a large bathtub and a corner shower, a electronic toilet, and automatic sink.
Kelda chooses a room across from Adrian's. It was simple, but in her eyes perfect.
(I'm reposting this in another attempt to revive this thing.)
Inside his vehicle, Conrad pulls out random knickknacks from his jacket , his purchases and "snatchings" of the day, and sorts them out, putting them in their various containers and cubbies. He wakes the vehicle fully up and maneuvers it up out of the alley and over the buildings, making sure to keep at a city-safe speed until he's reached a stretch that is sparser in regards to buildings.
He sighs and leans back, frowning at the blue light of his vehicle console, feeling a headache beginning to pulse at the back of his head. He prays that it doesn't turn into something worse. His frown deepens as his good mood dissipates.
