Lillie walked out into the courtyard and smiled. She quite liked the place, honestly. Then again, she was fond of anywhere that had plants in it… She sat down in the grass, careful not to send the potted plant in her front overall pocket flying, and pulled out her notebook. Magic was interesting and fun to study, especially when it revolved around nature, but math certainly wasn't her forte. Lillie had procrastinated on her math homework and hadn't gotten it done last night, so there really was no time like the present to start working on it…

Adrian took out his water-bottle. Throwing water isn't also respectful, but it gets the job done. Unscrewing the cap off, he poured some water into the cap then slowly poured the water on the person's forehead.

Austin jumped over the bench, shaking the water off his face and sputtering. He turned back to the kid holding the water bottle and glared at him with slit yellow eyes. His clenched fist seemed to be trying to decide whether it wanted to be covered in fur or not, and kept switching between the two.

"What the hell are you doing?" Austin asked with a literal growl. He looked angry enough to punch this kids teeth out.

Angel walked into the courtyard with her bag and notebook. Is was easy enough to find considering it was pretty big. Feeling relieved she wasn't lost on her first day, she approached a tree and sat beneath it, back against the trunk. She looked behind her, her hair falling in her face. There were people on the other side. She turned back around and started drawing in her notebook. She didn't want to distract them from whatever they were doing.

Eyes wide open, he immediately stumbled back falling onto the ground. His lips trembled as they muttered the word 'sorry' over and over. He was about to take the scalpel in his coat, but he was too busy shaking in worry. Adrian did expect the jumping, but he had no clue that this person could potentially claw his eyeballs out. Perhaps spilling a bit of water was also not a good idea.

Slowly, he moved back trying to pick his things up. Once his fingers went out into the sunlight, he felt a burning sensation right away. Pulling his hand to his chest, he held it while gently blowing on them till they cooled down. His bottom lip came out as he started at the tips of his fingers. They were slightly grey from the burn but were gradually turning back into their original pale color.

Adrian let out a sigh as he stood up. He took out his gloves and put them on before collecting his things. "No need to get aggressive my friend," he sighed while picking up the water bottle. As he took ahold of the umbrella again, he turned to face the person. "Some other students were messing with you while you were asleep. I thought I should wake you up and remove the leaf the placed on your mouth. And besides, class is about to start."

He was not sure what to do next. Kindly introduce himself or walk away. This situation can get out of hand if he does the wrong thing, but it appears that it might anyways. Hopefully he was wrong. Hesitantly, he took a step forward. One…two… Mid-step, he noticed someone else was there. Letting out a chuckle, he shook his head.

"If you do not believe me, ask the person behind the tree," Adrian nodded then held out his hand, "My name is Adrian, Adrian Seo. I am sorry for waking you up in a strange manner, please forgive me."

Vincent wandered to his familiar study spot, ignoring the people on one side of his favorite tree, he elected to sit on the other side resting his head against the tree with a sigh. He whistled loudly and a brid fluttered from the branches above to his hand, "Lady Genevieve, If I get assigned one more Essay on the repercussions of thermal magic, I'm going to scream." He glanced up and jumped slightly noticing there was another person there.
"Oh, Sorry I didn't notice you were here!" He smiled warmly at Her, and placed the Bird on his shoulder. "I don't belive I've seen you around here before, are you new?"

At the sound of the voice, Angel looked up from her drawing. "Uh, yeah." she stated, flicking her eyes toward the ground. She never seemed to be able to make eye contact for very long and it didn't help that this guy was pretty cute.

Marcus rushed out of his dorm and hurried to the courtyard, hoping to get there before it got too crowded. He stumbled through the halls, repeatedly saying sorry to the students he bumped into. After a bit of a long walk, Marcus arrived at the courtyard. He made his way to an empty bench and set his books down. He took a seat and opened up his magic book to study for the magic test.

Austin turned and glared at the student hiding behind the tree. They flinched and ran off.

He turned back to the emo looking kid and glared bit more. "You might have noticed you have these things we like to call hands. You also have a mouth. Either would have worked just as well."

Austin sighed, stretched for a minute, then stared intensely at his hand for a moment, willing the fur to disappear.

"Thanks for getting me up for class I guess. The lady who teaches Sensory Magic is a bit of a.. well lets just say she's a piece of work. My name's Austin."

Austin stared at Adrian's hand for minute, then tentatively shook it.
