The effects of it worked quickly, making Vaughn feel a bit nauseous and dizzy. He moved to get up but the nurse put a hand on his shoulder. “I would advise you to rest for a while, Finley.”
Vaughn shook his head, mind having a fuzzy feeling. “No, I’m fine, ma’am. I need to meet some people.”
“You’re talking to people now, hm? Friends? The last progress report on your condition reported that you didn’t have any.”
“I don’t, ma’am,” he said, a muscle in his jaw ticking. “Just talking about classes.”
The nurse gave him a skeptical look before giving the same smile. Vaughn left quickly, occasionally having to place his hand on a wall to steady himself. He walked back to the cafeteria, sliding back into his seat, posture much more loose. The “medicine” made him feel calm and less on edge.
"Welcome back." Paige told Vaughn as he returned. She didn't question why he left, but she did notice that he wasn't as stiff as before.
(For future reference you all have my permission to kill off Reid.)
(I kind of want to but I feel like he's a good source of drama right now)
Vaughn gave a hum in response, elbows leaning against the table with his hands folded loosely. He blew a strand of hair out of his eyes that had fallen across his eye, it being longer and combed over on one side while the other side was shorter in a fade style.
(I kind of want to but I feel like he's a good source of drama right now)
(Okay, but know that I care for him no more, you may kill him off. Lol I do care but I feel like he should die off.)
Paige noticed how different Vaughn was acting. I swear he's been replaced.
(I'm back! What did I miss?)
(Paige got attacked in the library and now they all kind of know each other and they're in the cafeteria)
Zanna quickly scribbled some notes down in the notebook. She looked at how weird Vaughn was acting from how he used to. He had lost his edge.
(And also I have decided to kill of Reid as soon as is possible.)
Artemis made her way down to the cafeteria, wondering where Paige was.
Vaughn still felt in a slight daze from the medication. Hell, he could have started laughing if he was alone. He used to have to drink so much to feel this good. He had begun to like taking the medication, which he took to calm his Agoraphobia.
"Who are you and what have you done with Vaughn?" Paige joked, feeling that this would be the most casual way to ask what was wrong.
"Is he on drugs?" Julia asked Paige, concerned over Vaughn.
Zanna looked at him, "He's on drugs."
The voices snapped Vaughn back to reality, and he looked between the two of them. “Hm? No, I’m fine,” he said, thumb rubbing the side of his opposite hand.
Artemis found Paige sitting with a group of people. 'Cool, she found friends.'
"Mhm…" Paige leaned her elbows against the table, observing him. Well, I'd say the drug thing is pretty accurate. I don't see Vaughn as the type to do anything like that…
Zanna tried to analyze the symptoms. But her brain was drawing a blank, Zanna was in charge of the more violent gang activities, Suzan controlled the business aspect.
Artemis walked up to their table. "Hey Paige. Is it alright if I sit here?"
Paige looked up at Artemis. "Oh, yeah sure." She scooted over a little so her roommate could fit in.
Artemis plopped down. "Howdy. I'm Artemis."
"Zanna," said thoughtlessly.
"Howdy?" Paige chuckled. "It's been quite a while since I've heard someone say that."
