Kerenza looks confused. "Kelly…what happened?"
Kerenza looks confused. "Kelly…what happened?"
"I'm fine, I just remembered something, that's all. I'm fine."
Kerenza shakes her head, hugging her friend. "Kelly, can I talk to…? Privately please?"
"Sure," Kelly says through gritted teeth. Kerenza's hand brushed her side, sending explosive waves of pain coursing through her body.
//dude whats happening to her
“You are displaying all of the usual signs of extreme pain, Kelly,” Meg muttered. “What’s wrong?”
"Come here…" Kerenza lead her friends to a corner. "Ok. Kelly…I can tell that your lying…now…please tell me what's bothering you."
(Am I making her too much the center of attention?)
//nope you’re good but plez answer megs question she’s just kinda standing there with no answer lol
"I-I'm fine… ok, not," Kelly said. She gestured to her side. "Something happened when I was in the Astral form… please don't tell my dad," she followed up quickly.
“Kelly, we are going to Wanda and Vis right now,” Meg said, gently leading her to a Quinjet. “I will fly us there myself.”
Kerenza hugs her friend, very gently. "Kelly…can you please tell me what's bothering you? I can tell somethings wrong."
"Something-" she paused to wince, "went wrong when my Astral form returned to my body. I think that I was too far away."
Kerenza sighs. "Lift up your shirt…let me see…"
"No," Kelly immediately refused.
"Sorry," she whispered, realizing how harsh she sounded.
Kerenza flinches but shakes her head. "It's ok Kelly…I just want to see…"
“Kelly, we can’t help you if we don’t know what’s wrong,” Meg said gently. “Let us help.”
Kerenza nods. "Kelly…we need to know… "
"No. I'm sorry. I promise you - swear on my life - that this is something I can take care of," Kelly pleaded. She didn't want anyone else to get hurt with her problems. Enough people already had.
“Seriously? On your life? Bit dramatic, dont you think?” Meg asked.
"Look who's talking," Kelly teased, trying indirectly to get the attention off of her.
"Kelly…the only thing we want to do is help Kelly…but we can't unless you tell us what's wrong Kel…" Kerenza sighs, her face worried.
“We need to know in order to help you. And you may have improved, but you’re still a terrible liar,” Meg muttered.
Kerenza nods, agreeing with Meg.
Kelly rolls her eyes. "I can take care of it, watch," Kelly said. With that, she left her body again. In her Astral form, the pain increased. Her eyes widened, and she screamed, but she stayed in her form until the pain was at its most.
