Cyrus pushed his files towards Zhavia. "Here. I took a ton of notes already. Read through it and copy down what you need, and if you have any questions, you can ask me."
Cyrus pushed his files towards Zhavia. "Here. I took a ton of notes already. Read through it and copy down what you need, and if you have any questions, you can ask me."
She did as he said, "Um, who exactly are these people?" She asked not looking from her paper. "ANd what made them such big targets?"
"I don't know why we're after them. It's not like we're told those things, though I have my guesses as to why. However, this other guild- what, Red Fang, was it called? They're big shots where they come from. They're feared. We're going after some of their stronger members, from the looks of it, and I'm afraid that Panther has truly sent the wrong people for the job," Cyrus explained.
Zhavia frowned "Are you saying we can't do it?" she didn't really want to hear the words you can't do it anymore she's heard enough of that lately. "Or is it certain people you are talking about?" She crossed her arms leaning back in her chair.
"We're kids, Zhavia," Cyrus murmured, "And I'm afraid that such small numbers could be dangerous. We can do it, of course, but there's a lot of risk involved. I'm also just afraid of our dynamic as a group. We certainly all need to agree on a plan before we jump into action. I've seen it happen before where on group missions, a couple of people deviate from what was intended to be done without consulting the group first, and it's a nightmare. It hasn't even been the same person every time, which makes the circumstances even less predictable."
Zhavia felt stupid, she really needed to get her act together. "You're absolutely correct I apologize." She looked over the paper again, "So, where do we start?" She was ready to do this, if it got her out there and back to Uriah faster she would do it.
"It's fine. I just can't believe we were trusted with something of this magnitude. Either Panther has a lot of faith in us, or he's lost his mind. Doesn't really matter though, because either way I'm both flattered and terrified. I'm more afraid that we're being sent in because we're perhaps expendable," Cyrus continued, beginning to jot down a few more notes.
Luna looked through, "So we should have an advantage at a distance right?"
“Yep! And our arrows could help the others. I could make a sleeping poison and load it in some.” She thought aloud
"Well, I know I'll do everything I can, but I won't be dying, Sorry." She had no plans on dying on this mission, and she would back the cubs up as much as she could though. "But, I have a feeling we're not expendable, it has to be something else?"
"You're probably right, but I also doubt it's because of any sort of deep trust the man has in us." Cyrus stopped writing for a moment. "Wait. You don't think it has anything to do with the incident of our guild being broken into, do you?"
"Possibly," Zhavia shrugged. "It was a big deal. He could be teaching us a lesson for letting people in the guild in the first place," She paused "I mean look at me I got sent on a mission for punching a girl, but I could also be wrong," It made sense though. (I have to go to bed. Night)
Luna looked through, "So we should have an advantage at a distance right?"
“Yep! And our arrows could help the others. I could make a sleeping poison and load it in some.” She thought aloud
Luna nodded, “We should make an array of arrows to fight. That way we’re always prepared!”
Zoe tried really hard not to cry. Everything was getting hard and well she really missed James. "Imagine if James was here now." Zoe chuckled. He would probably say a comment, something snarky atleast something to light things up
Eira laughed a little, “He would lighten the mood, that’s for sure.”
Zoe gave a lightening smile. "Well we should probably go back to the guild now, but if you want to stay for a bit that's fine," Zoe replied before she went back to the guild.

“Ok when are you free? I have to practise with my Owl, Ryker.” She asked
Luna shrugged, "Later tonight is fine."
“Alright.” She said and left the library
Eira followed Zoe back but headed to the the greenhouse for some peace for a while. She needed to tend to the plants anyway so it was a win win situation. She sighed and tended to the poisons and herbs, trying not to remember the time when Zhavia and her were laughing in her.
Zhavia walked down the halls. She told Cyrus she was going to gather more people, but with her reputation right now no one would listen. "I should apologize," Zhavia, you've already tried that with Zoe, what makes you think it will work with Eira? Zhavia leaned against the wall Eira is completely different from Zoe, she might understand and forgive me if I just talk to her. In her head Zhavia was having a mental battle with herself. She had no idea what to do. "I have to try at least," She continued down the halls searching for Eira.
Eira sighed and set the watering can down, bracing her arms against the wooden fencing. She let one tear slip then wiped away the others. Zhavia had made her choice, eve if she didn’t like it.
Krista was sitting in a corner, waiting. Everyone else disappeared to do who knows what
"Knock knock?" Zhavia said peeking inside the greenhouse. She was out of breath and sweating from all the running she had been doing. "Can I come in?"
Eira didn’t turn around, “Fine, guess so.” She replied.
It was awkward very awkward. "Listen, I don't want to fight even worse lose you," Zhavia walked up to her carefully "But, he makes me happy and so do you. I wont see him anymore if that's what you want, but I won't let him die," Please understand. Zhvia closed her eyes she knew it wouldn't help.
Eira sighed, “You threatened to kill my, our leader, Zhavia. Over a boy.” She shook her head, “I understand that you don’t want him to die, but… in truth I don’t want you getting hurt. I don’t want another repeat of James.”
"I was talking nonsense, there's no way I'd be able to beat him," she laughed a bit "And do you really think I'd die and leave you guys behind, no way," She gave her a smile. She had no idea if that would lighten the mood, but it was worth a shot. "No way," she repeated.
