"Is it morning?" Blaine groggily asked without opening her eyes. "I don't want it to be morning."
"Is it morning?" Blaine groggily asked without opening her eyes. "I don't want it to be morning."
Andion chuckled quietly, “I know, I know. But it is.”
"Hm…" Blaine opened her eyes a bit and looked at Andion. She blushed with a grin as she remembered the night before. "Good morning, then."
“Good morning,” Andion replied, “Did you sleep well?” He asked.
"Very. I wonder why…" Blaine jokingly mused, smirking a little.
“Hm… maybe you should sleep here all the time if you’ll get a better nights sleep.” He teased, laughing a little.
"That's a tempting suggestion," Blaine said with a slight laugh of her own.
“Well, my doors always open for you.” Andion replied gently, “Doesn’t matter if it’s the middle of the night or not.”
"Thanks. That means a lot," Blaine said with a soft smile.
“Anything for you.” Andion replied softly, kissing her gently.
Andion pulled back when he noticed his Blaine tensed, “What’s wrong? Everything okay, did I do something wrong?”
Blaine closed her eyes again as she kissed him back. A memory suddenly flashed through her mind, and she subconsciously tensed up as she tried to push it out of her head.
Andion pulled back when he noticed his Blaine tensed, “What’s wrong? Everything okay, did I do something wrong?”
"No, no. It's not your fault," Blaine assured him, shaking her head. "I just… remembered something that I didn't want to, that's all."
“Do you want to talk about it? I understand if you don’t…” Andion said gently.
Blaine fell silent for a moment and looked away. She sighed through her nose as she faced Andion again.
"I suppose you should know about it if we're going to be continuing this," she admitted. "You remember how I said that the night at the tavern wasn't my first time getting a guy to do what I want?"
Andion nodded, “Yeah, I remember.”
"Well… That's kinda what I do. I get information from people by, uh, seductively exploiting their weaknesses," Blaine explained. She bit her lip in thought before quietly continuing, "And it often involves going further than I really want to."
“Oh… Blaine I’m sorry. I didn’t…” He ran a hand through his hair.
Blaine shrugged and looked away.
"You have nothing to be sorry for. It's not your fault most men are perverts," she said tightly.
Andion huffed a breath, “Still, I’m sorry for you.”
"Why?" Blaine asked quietly, turning back to face him.
"Because I care for you, and no one, not even an assassin should have to do those things." Andion said gently, placing a hand to her cheek.
Blaine took a shaking breath and smiled a bit. She covered Andion's hand with her own smaller one.
"Thank you," she whispered simply, the two words having more meaning behind them than it might seem.
"There's no need too." Andion said back with equal quiet, he gave her a warm and loving smile before resting his forehead on hers.
"There's plenty of need to," Blaine murmured, looking into his eyes the best she could. "That means more to me than you could know."
Andion kept that warm smile on his face and rubbed his thumb over her cheek gently, "Then let me wonder how much it means to you," He murmured, kissing her nose, "You mean more to me then I care to admit right now."
