Andion hummed, eventually stopping in front of a small, well lit, and nice decorated corner store. It had large open windows and flowers blooming out of every nook and cranny. He grinned, "Here we are."

Blaine smiled at the building, then glanced over at Andion. “It’s cute. I like it already.”
"Good. I'm glad." He kissed her cheek, opening the door for her.
Blaine stepped into the cafe, waiting for Andion before going further. “Should we sit at a table or booth?” she asked, turning to him.
"Table, looks like all the booths are taken." And indeed they were. Andion led them to a table, a small bouquet of flowers on the table. He pulled a chair out for Blaine.
“Well, thank you,” Blaine said with a smile as she sat down. She picked up the provided menu and looked it over.
The menu was vast, lots of home cooked, warm meals. None of the fancy, just good, home cooked meals. It was one of the reasons Andion loved the place.
Blaine hummed quietly as she looked over her options. As she had said early, she wanted eggs, and everything on the menu looked so good… Maybe she would get an omelette with vegetables and sausage. That looked like a good, sustaining meal.
After about five or so minutes, Andion closed his menu, “Well, I know what I’m having. Do you?”
“Yup. An omelet with vegetables and sausage,” Blaine answered, looking up from her menu. “What about you?”
"An eggs benedict," Andion replied, placing his menu back on the holder, "I'll go order if that's what you've decided for sure."
Blaine nodded, doing the same. “Yes, it is. As well as a glass of juice, maybe? If you can remember all that,” she teased with a smile.
Andion rolled his eyes, "You think so little of me. Yes I can remember, be back in a tick." he gave her a salute before he wandered off.
Blaine chuckled to herself as she watched him walk off. While she waited for him to come back, she thought over what they had to do for the day.
A moment later, a tall, blonde haired man walked over and leaned against the table next to Blaine, “Hello there Miss.”
Blaine glanced up at the man and blinked. “Good morning. Something I can do for you?” she questioned carefully.
"I was just wondering what a beautiful woman such as yourself is doing around these parts so early in the morning." He said.
And the flirting begins… I should have known I could only go so long without it.
“Well, I happen to be having breakfast with my boyfriend,” Blaine answered pointedly, nodding in the direction Andion had left. “I’m just waiting for him to get back from ordering.”
The guy looked over his shoulder with a tilt of his head, "Him? What's a woman like you doing with him?" He raised a brow, "Surely you have standards."
Blaine raised her eyebrows at the man. She’d forgotten what pricks guys could be.
“I do, in fact. And he is it,” she answered, trying to keep calm. “He’s a wonderful man.”
"He looks like he kills for a living," He snorted, rolling his eyes, "Or he crawled out of a dump."
“We just arrived after a long trip. If he looks disheveled, he has a right to be after the length of time we were on the boat,” Blaine declared, narrowing her eyes.
He raised a brow, "A boat? Where were you travelling from that required such a long trip?"
“My home town,” Blaine answered without truly answering. He didn’t need to know where they were from, more did she want him to know.
"Vague but okay, not much of an open book then," He scribbled something on a napkin as he noticed Andion coming back, "My address if you ever feel like stopping by." He winked and walked away.
