I'm bored and want to RP! I'm pretty much okay with any premise, just need something to do to pass the time.

(I'll start it off) Avie exited the shop through the back entrance, locking the door up for the night. Outside, the sun was beginning to set, casting the sky in a red glow. She was closing an hour before her shift was over, but her manager was out of town and nobody ever came during the final hour so she decided she could slack off that day. Not caring to double check if the entire store was locked, Avie started down the parking lot, heading towards the shortcut back to her apartment. She stared at the ground as she walked, trying to fill her head with daydreams to occupy the journey, but froze as she felt something underneath her feet. She swore she felt something rumbling, and that it was faintly growing stronger.
"Alright, so I cleaned the counters, broomed and mopped the floor, and set the condiments right. Mind if I head out a bit early?" Lizzy asked. She was a high school senior that worked part time at the bakery and Freya had taken a liking to her. She stopped taking inventory and smiled at her. "Of course! Take a few treats if you want. I know your little brothers loves the lemon cake." She said, sliding a paper bag across the counter. Lizzy smiled and picked up some pastries, cakes, and cookies and put them in her bag before heading to the door. "See you early tomorrow!" She waved and pushed open the door, disappearing into the evening.
Not too long after Lizzy left, Freya had finished taking inventory and left a small list of instructions for Lizzy when she came in tomorrow. She grabbed a baggy of dog treats and a few cookies for herself before closing the lights and heading out. Freya shivered when the cool night air touched her bare shoulders. "Should have brought at least a cardigan." She mumbled, slinging her bag over her shoulder and walking down a narrow street to head to her apartment.
Freya turned her music off once she saw the building come into view and put her headphones her bag. She was almost across the parking lot when a strange low rumbling sound broke through the silence of the night. "The (can we curse?)" She swore, and grabbed onto the streetlight. Something was happening.
(I'm going to drop out of this rp if that's ok with you, I accidentally entered myself into too many and can't keep up with all of them at once.)
(alright, I understand! also, yeah, I'm fine with swearing) Avie tried to move into a wide stance to keep her balance, not having anything around her to hold onto. She wondered what was going on. It couldn't be an earthquake, they never got them in the area. She looked around, seeing a figure hanging onto a streetlight in the distance. She started moving towards the person quickly while still trying to stay on her feet.
"Hey!" Avie shouted, waving her arms to try to catch the woman's attention. "You got any idea what's going on?"
Knuckles white from holding on too tight, Freya was terrified. The last time she was this scared, her baby brother had just gotten crushed beneath rubble from am earthquake, so needless to say, she was having a panic attack.
A shout brought Freya back to her senses. Her panic attack hadn't subsided yet but she felt a little calmer knowing someone else was here. She reached out a shaking hand to grab onto hers. "N-no. Its t-too shaky a-and I-I-I c-can't tell." She said with a shaky voice, mentally cursing herself for stuttering at a time like this
(So Freya has a fear of earthquakes. She stutters when she gets scared or feeling strong emotions, and gets panic attacks. If that's not ok, I can change it!)
(that's totally fine with me!) Avie took the woman's hand and pulled herself forward to grip onto the streetlamp. She noticed the woman's pale face and tried to think of something to comfort her in such a situation, recalling what little she knew about earthquakes. "We're in an open area, so we should be completely safe from any falling rubble. We'll just wait this out for a while and then we'll be fine." Her voice was calm, despite her surroundings. She knew she should probably be more worried, but the immediacy hadn't caught up to her yet.
Freya took a deep breath. 'Hah, if anyone from the school saw me like this, they would laugh.' She thought. "T-Thanks." She managed to say. With the appearance of another human being, Freya felt more at ease. She stopped holding the lamp post so tightly and flexed her fingers, which seemed to have fallen asleep and hurt slightly.
The situation was so strange, Freya didn't know what to do except make conversation to distract herself. "I'm Freya, I own the bakery 'The Hex'." She said, a crooked smile making it's way on her face.
Avie grinned as she saw that Freya was relaxing. "I'm Avie," Avie replied. "I think I've seen your bakery before! I'll have to go when I have the time. I work over at the local grocery store." She pointed back towards the building.
"I certainly know of it, going there very often." She grinned.
(So what happens next? The ground is rumbling, does it crack open and swallow them? Lol)
Avie was just about to reply, when the ground shook harder, sending her off her feet. She yelped as she hit the ground and tumbled for a bit, putting her hands over her head to protect it. For the first time she felt genuinely scared, her heart quickening. She sat there for a moment, realizing that the shaking had stopped and her adrenaline was wearing off. She sat up, starting to look around for Freya but froze up at the sight of a crevasse in the middle of the parking lot.
"Holy shit," she mumbled, then continued scanning the area for Freya. (is that ok?)
As the ground cane up to meet her, Freya's mind went blank. A few seconds later, she found herself a few inches away from a hole in the road. "What the fuck?!" She yelped in surprise. She scrambled backwards and stared at it. A faint glow seemed to come from it but that was impossible, right?
