Alby ran through the woods, the wind making her feel as if she were flying. Her paws hit the ground so softly, she almost believed it too.

Looking deep into the clear water, Silver watched as the small fishes paddles by. 'They're all so small.' She thought, a little disappointed. Waiting a little longer, a small catfish came into view. Backing up so her shadow would not fall on the water, she lifted her paw, and as quick as lightning, scoped the fish out of the water. 'Another day, another meal.'

Alby skidded to a stop a few yards away from a cat. Most animals feared her, but Alby loved them all. Cats were some of her favorites!

Chomping down on the fish, Silver looked up from her meal. 'I'm being watched,' she thought with a little annoyance, 'Why can't I ever eat in peace?' Not looking behind here, Silver picked up here prey and bounced across the stream to the opposite shore.

Alby sighed. Of course the cat ran. She hung her head slightly, and began to walk towards the fields.

Midnight crept through the woods, intent on finding a piece of prey. A sparrow came into view as it fluttered down to the ground, and she quickly dropped down into the hunting position. Stepping forwards quietly, she was almost close enough to pounce when something spooked the bird and it flew off.

Mouse dung! thought Midnight as she watched it flutter away. There goes breakfast.

Alby saw another cat, watching a bird fly away. Maybe this one was friendly? "H-hi." she said quietly, walking up.

A wolf came into Midnight's view. "H-hi," she greeted quietly.

"Uh, hi," Midnight replied. "It wasn't you who scared my breakfast away, was it?"

Alby's eyes widened. "No!" she said hastily.
