"Many reasons." She looked at him slightly. She didn't speak much but she did a little.

“You are peaceful right?” James said

"Of course. Are you?"

“To my allies yes, but to my enemies no.”

“You seem a bit frightened have you been attacked.”

"So…I'm an enemy?"

“No I asked if someone attacked you I am peaceful.”

"O-Oh…No."

“Hey do need some water.”

"I guess." She looked up for some reason.

James hands her a bottle of water

"Thanks." She sniffed it to see if it was ok before drinking it.

James then pulled out another bottle and took a drink

Cicada ginned as leaned back sitting atop of Nikki, "Then let's go darling."

“I can’t move if you’re ontop of my like this.” She laughed, looking up at her enticingly with tired eyes

"Is that a joke?"

“How do you mean?”

“I meant before the apocalypse started.”

"Not a clue, but I'm sure it wasn't good," he said with a sigh. It felt so odd to be so protective of Aria so soon. Upon reaching the house, he allowed the mortal in before him. She was carrying everything after all. They both had their own rooms, so after shutting the door, he watched as Aria walked away to her own. She still had his clothes in her arms in addition to hers however. Sighing, the demon followed the mortal, covering his eyes in the chance she had wanted to change.
"You're clothed, yes?" he asked awkwardly.
