Myrah made a sound she didn't know she could. She purred, "I love you too."
Myrah made a sound she didn't know she could. She purred, "I love you too."
He smiled, letting his eyes fall shut. "I sure hope so.."
Myrah let out a quiet sigh, "I do. I really do."
The comment only widened Noah's smile. "You should probably tell your dad about the decision soon, I'm scheduled to leave tomorrow morning and need to get the news back to the General."
Myrah yawned a little, "I'll tell him tomorrow the moment I wake up. He's probably dead asleep by now."
"I can't wait…" He glanced at her. "You look tired.."
"It has been a long day," Myrah sighed, "An unforgettable day, but long nonetheless."
"You should sleep," he prompted her gently. "I don't want to keep you up."
Myrah nodded and slowly stood up yawning, "I suppose. I apologize for my sleepiness. We'll spend more time together soon, I promise."
"I love you," he repeated gently, getting up and placing a tender kiss to her mouth. "Sleep tight."
Myrah smiled and kissed him back before moving to the castle entrance, "I love, you too. Sleep well my love."
(Skip?)
(Sure, should I go first?)
If you’d like
Doesn't really want to but feels like she should Sureeeeee
Nah it’s fine I’ll do it
Noah rolled over in bed, groaning when he saw how dark it still was outside. What time is it? he wondered blearily, barely registering the fact that he still felt like a boy.
(Thanks)
Myrah woke up when it was still dark out, new for her. Not so for her father. She got up out of bed and got ready quickly before heading to her father’s study. She would tell him her choice so Noah wouldn’t be leaving.
He yawned, getting up out of bed. Treading carefully so as not to wake his roommates, he got dressed as quick as possibly in his foggy state, hoping the news had reached the General. I'm staying with Myrah! I don't have to leave her… thank god.
Myrah had returned to her room with a smile on her face, her father was too tired to even argue with his perky daughter. Noah was going to be her personal guard, now it was all reliant on the information reaching the General on time. It should. She had up for an hour or so now.
Noah ate his breakfast slowly, he'd woken up before everyone else save for the General, he knew he had time. About fifteen minutes later, the General came inside with a perplexed look on his face, a letter in hand. "Wolfe?" he called, bringing a grin to Noah's face. He stood, saluting crisply. "Yes sir?"
"It appears you've been selected to be….. the Princess's personal guard. Interesting. You are dismissed from your Secondary Knight duties, the ones you were supposed to receive, congratulations, you are now of a much higher status." Noah couldn't stop grinning. "Thank you, sir."
(I mean if he was the only one that ever bothered to talk to her, of course she's gonna pick him!)
Myrah was laying on her back in her room. Completely enveloped in the book she was reading while waiting for Noah. He was her guard now, this felt like a dream.
(lol yeah)
Noah couldn't get to her room fast enough. This time though, was a little different. The General lead him through the front doors of the Castle, the majestic, luxurious Castle, up a huge marble staircase, and all the way to Myrah's room, where he knocked softly.
Myrah beamed slightly before straightening her face out. She got out of bed and walked over to the door like the proud princess she was supposed to be. At the door was the General and Noah. She addressed the general, "Is this my new personal guard?"
The General nodded, covering his slightly perplexed look well as he bowed. Noah wuickly followed suit, trying to hide his huge grin. "Yes, your Majesty. I'll leave you two be." He left, allowing Noah to slip inside and close the door.
