Name: Myrah Blossom

Age: 20

Sexuality: Pansexual

Appearance: Long curly golden hair always down unless at some social event, big dark ocean blue eyes, golden tan skin with light freckles everywhere, very round yet pointed features, pretty hourglass like body, and is about 4'11", 'frail and dainty'.

General clothing: Fancy dresses often purple or pastel pink. Wears pants underneath cause she's a rebel like that, and heels.

Personality: Extremely outgoing, stubborn, romanticist, slightly air headed, gifted in the arts, quite over sharing, but at the same time can be cold and ruthless, it's strange, sometimes her personality shifts so fast you can't tell if she's really is who she acts like.

Flaws: She really is forgetful, stubborn to a fault, and doesn't let even her loved ones in on her little rouse.

Other: Sole heir to the kingdom, and her parents keep trying to marry her off. She never lets them though.

I’ll go first, just give me a mo

Also I forgot to mention this, do your best to stay away from one-liners

Finally: is it okay if we start after they’ve already met and talked a bit, just to move things along? Like, maybe Olive was put on the job a week ago?

@blue_topaz

Olive leaned against the stone wall behind her, tightening her bun and slipping her polished helmet onto her head. She allowed herself to relax, exhaling slowly as her eyes lingered on the horizon, which was streaked in the soft colours of the sunrise.

The princess wasn’t up yet, she could tell by the lack of sound coming from the window directly above her head, and she was confused to find herself mildly disappointed.
Get your act together, she’s royalty, you can’t be friends or whatever stupid fantasy you’ve come up with now, she reprimanded herself sternly, straightening up and resting a hand on the pommel of her sword. Just focus on being a guard.

(Btw the princess won’t know that Olive isn’t actually named Noah)

@ShadeStar

(Okay.)

Myrah had gotten up gotten up a little after the sun had risen. She was still in a silk lilac night gown and had a terrible case of bed head as she moved to the window to catch the very end of sunrise. She pouted slightly since sunrise and set had some of the prettiest colors all day. The princess yawned as she glanced down to see Noah in his usual place standing guard. She leaned out of the window and greeted him cheerfully, "Morning Noah!"

@blue_topaz

Olive glanced up, a smile appearing on her face. “Good morning, your highness,” she greeted, hating herself for wishing the Princess was closer.
Snap out of it!

She glanced around, making sure there was nobody near. Giovanni would kill her if he found her chatting with the heir to the throne instead of performing her duties.

@ShadeStar

Myrah was smiling back, Noah was nice for a guard. He actually spoke to her unlike most others who just forced themselves to politely listen to unending chatter. She asked him, "Did you see the sunrise?"

@blue_topaz

Olive nodded, taking a small step back so that she could better see the Princess. “You forget, my Lady, that I am awake when you can still see the stars in the sky.” She said it good naturedly, with slight humour behind each word. “How are you this morning?”

@ShadeStar

Myrah laughed lightly a slight snort could be heard. She shook her head as she smoothed out a portion of her hair, "I'm fine for someone who just woke up. I will never know how you guards do it."

@blue_topaz

Olive couldn’t help but notice how comfortable the Princess seemed around her in just a nightgown, even though to her, she was Noah Wolfe, very much male. To be completely honest, sometimes she did feel more like a Noah. Which was frustrating and confusing. But not today. Today was definitely an Olive day.

She smiled, straightening her helmet. “Habit, most likely. I’ve been rising before the sun since I became a squire.”

@ShadeStar

"I can just never imagine anyone doing that," Myrah shook her head slowly. She grabbed another section of hair and smoothed it down, "And then for it to be habit? do you never sleep until the sun is well into the sky?"

@blue_topaz

Olive snorted, then immediately clapped a hand over her mouth, remembering who she was talking to. “I’m so sorry for my disrespect, my Lady— but to answer your question, the last time o slept that long was three and a half years ago, when I was sick.”

@ShadeStar

“Oh, well that’s awful,” Myrah made a face teetering on the edge of horror and disgust. She just couldn’t see anyone doing what poor Noah had done for so long, “You should do it more often.”

@blue_topaz

Olive let another soft chuckle slip, before mentally slapping herself in the face. Respect for the Princess! You didn’t even bow when she greeted you!

“It’s not that bad,” she reassured Myrah with a smile. “It’s quite calming, actually. And I don’t think I would be allowed to sleep in, Your Highness.”

@ShadeStar

“Then one day I’ll order all the gaurds to sleep in,” Myrah said determinedly. She had her heart set on doing it now, no one could stop her, “Everyone deserves that much.”

@blue_topaz

Olive’s smile widened, her eyes landing squarely on the Princess’s deep blue eyes. “That is very kind of you, Princess, but that way the night shift guards would have to stay up longer.” Something stirred in her chest, a feeling she couldn’t quite place, but she brushed it away. Probably hunger, she’d skipped out on breakfast today.

@ShadeStar

Myrah had a huge grin on her face as she stared into those pretty grey eyes. She felt an obligation to do this, “Nonsense. I’ll find a way so everyone benefits.”

@blue_topaz

The Princess had such a pretty grin…. For a moment, Olive felt herself slip into what she liked to call ‘Noah Territory’, basically meaning the strange sensation of being more comfortable in her male skin. She saw Myrah as young man might see her, all mussed hair and freckles and heart-stopping smiles. It didn’t last, though— or at least, the Noah Territory didn’t.
“As you wish, Princess. Thank you.”
