Levi looked around. Everyone else seemed so..you know..'one with nature'. He laid down on the ground, sprawling his arms and legs out.

Robin had a few ducklings in his lap as well now. He felt a bit overwhelmed, but otherwise happy that the ducks had accepted him.

As Joan's brother parked the truck and walked inside, she raced out and grabbing her bike and darted down the street.
'I will return, my PLUM!'

Levi began making little grass angels like he did with snow in the winter.

Eli sat on the stone hedge that surrounded his house. 'Where are you?' He thought, looking into the distant sky. 'And I'm so sorry!'
At the corner of his eye he caught a glimpse of something red. 'What?' A random person on his/her bike!

'What is this?!' Joan thought as she drove down the street, a random person siting on a stone hedge! WHO COULD IT POSSIBLY BE??!?!

Robin picked up an armful of ducklings and walked slowly over to Zoey, the rest of the ducks tailing him closely. Of the group, he felt most comfortable around her. She was quiet, like him, and animals seemed to like her well enough. And a friend of animals was a friend of his.

Zoey looked up at Robin when he approached her. She smiled. "Can I help you Robin?"

Levi sat up, and a little too quickly. He got a little dizzy, but after a few seconds it went away. Levi stood up and continued walking around the pond.

"I thought you might want some company!" He smiled at her and a duckling quacked. "D-do you mind if I join you? I don't want to barge in if you want to be alone.."

"Nahh, it's cool. I would love some company!" Zoey scooted over on the tree roots to make some room for Robin and his fleet of ducks to sit down.

Hailey watched the whole scene. She kinda wished days would stay like this: carefree and warm. Or at least the whole summer before high school started. She decided to join Levi and walk around the pond.

Lenny flopped down into the grass, contently happy. "This place is awesome." she said.

Levi saw Hailey walking behind him. He slowed down so he was walking next to her. "Whatcha doing?"
