Cat backed up until she hit a desk. Her eyes were wide at the scene in front of her. "You guys are insane!" She yelled staring at Jake.

“Thanks Adam,” Grace whispered into her phone. She was up in a tree only a little ways away from the camp. “As always,” Adam answered, “it is my pleasure.” From her position she saw Cat sticking her head through where Daso was being held. Oh shit she thought, she’s going to get us killed. She gasped as Cat disappeared through the window with a scream. “What is it?” Adam asked sharply. “What’s wrong?” She was already climbing down the tree, her phone pinched between her ear and her shoulder. “I have to go, sorry.”
“Grace!” He demanded, “What’s going on?” She didn’t answer. “Never mind,” he said. “Don’t worry, I’m coming to get you.”
Grace slipped the phone into her pocket and dropped to the ground, a sharp sting running up her ankles. She took off towards the building. But before she had made it there the air shook with tortured screams.
