@HawkMan
(Oh no, it's fine. I was just checking. Don't worry I won't use them.)
(Oh no, it's fine. I was just checking. Don't worry I won't use them.)
(Okay cool. So maybe they have to like work together on something and start to fall in loooove?)
(Yeah, what's their job?)
(Well, Sera has a lot of day jobs but most of the time works on her own photography business. Maybe she's looking for a more sustainable income and gets hired wherever Nate works.)
(Yeah, and on her first day she runs into him with coffee and commence the awkward apologises and relationship.)
(Perfect. Absolutely perfect. So where does Nate work?)
(Uh, how about an office worker at some big cooperation or something?)
(Yeah that works. Shall we begin?)
(Sure do you want to start or shall I?)
(I guess I shall.)
Sera gathered her papers in her arms and walked out to her car. Today was the big day. Thoughts rushed through her head about the interview, so many she almost missed the turn for Olander Incorporated, the company she was trying to get into.
Nate finished his morning coffee and left the house. He got into his car and drove to work. He had been working there for around a year now, he was bored by his first month.
Sera smoothed out her suit that she bought specifically for interviews and walked in, her caramel macchiato in one hand and her resume in the other.
He walked in and signed in at the reception before continuing on into the office space.
(Wait do they run into each other now or the next day?)
(I don't know, uh, next day?)
(Okie dokie)
Sera entered the office of the CEO after checking in with the receptionist. She sat down and greeted him. "Good morning." He nodded and she got a little nervous but after presenting herself and answering some questions he told her she would be able to come back and start work the next day. "Thank you, sir." Sera breathed a sigh of relief, gathered her things and headed out.
Nate greeted a few co-workers on his way to his desk. He started his work for the day, as he does five days a week every week. Filing, counting numbers, check prices and the works. His day was average at best; mundane. He went home at the end of the day and relaxed, changing out of his work clothes into something more comfortable.
(Time skip to next day I guess?)
(Yeah.)
After doing his morning routine Nate climbed into his car and drove to work.
Sera picked up her morning coffee and headed out, excited to try something new.
He parked, got out and signed in. He had heard that there was someone new starting today and he always found those days the most exciting.
Sera walked in a frantically checked her things. Distracted, she ran straight into some other guy. Her coffee cup spilled right on to his front. "Oh my gosh I'm so sorry…"
"Uh, don't worry." He said quickly, looking down at his stained shirt, "It's- it's fine."
"Dangit. I know how much those things cost…" Sera awkwardly tried to wipe the coffee off. She looked up and paused, entranced. "Is there-um- anything I can do to make it up to you?"
"Uh," He sighed, "No it's fine." He met her eyes and stopped for a moment, "Don't- don't worry about it."
