“Nope.” Jane took a lock off the shelf. “I’ve been, to quote Nessa, ‘single and ready to mingle,’ for three years.” She paused. “I, ah… do you?”

"Maybe." He glanced at Jane again, raising an eyebrow.

“Ahh,” Jane whispered, turning towards the shelf to hide her face. “I think this one will work. Would you mind carrying it?” She held the lock out to Jesse.

"Sure." He took it from her and fiddled with it awkwardly. "So…"

“I, ah…” Jane glanced at Jesse and then determinedly stared at the floor. “We should go look at cameras.”

"Yep." Jesse sighed, not moving towards the aisle.

“Yep,” Jane nodded, also unmoving, and continuing to stare at the floor.

(Brain, watching from the other aisle via binoculars: Just kiss)

Jesse cleared his throat. "Right let's go." He willed his leg to start to the cameras.

“Yeah, we really should… ah….” Jane was blushing fiercely. Just move already!

Jesse glanced over his shoulder. "You coming?"

Brendon was watching from the other aisle via binoculars muttering under his breath, "Just kiss already."

Jane looked up. “Yeah, yeah, coming.” She started walking towards/besides/(wherever they are in relation to each other) Jesse.

Jesse smirked. "You Americans, so slow on the uptake."

“Yes, terribly slow,” Jane smiled, increasing her pace so that she passed Jesse. She turned around, now walking backwards. “So terribly slow.”

Jesse rolled his eyes. "Calm down. I haven't even given you a nickname yet."

//tHE SUSPENSE IS KILLING ME

Jane raised an eyebrow. “Do you have any ideas?”

"I was thinking American Girl Doll but that's kinda long."

“Plus, those things are creepy,” Jane laughed.

"How about…About…" He ran a hand through his hair.
