Eve walked along the campus, drumming on things every once in a while as she passed them. She always had her drum sticks with her no matter what. Just as she was rounding the corner, she wasn't paying attention and ran right into someone, falling backwards onto the cement.
Kai immediately rushed to help the person he had accidentally knocked over. "I am so sorry. Are you okay?"
"Um, yeah, I think so." Eve groaned, taking the person's hand and standing up, immediately noticing how much taller he was than her. "Sorry, I should have been paying more attention to where I was going." She chuckled.
(yeet sorry im back)
Kai smiled at her. "You play the drums?" He asked.
(Yay!)
Eve looked down at her drum sticks before looking back up at him, "Yeah, I do. Do you play?" She asked.
"No, not really. I sing a little but I don't think i'm very good."
"I'm sure you sound just fine. I'm Eve by the way." Eve held out her hand to him.
"Kai. Nice to meet you." He said, taking it.
"Nice to meet you Kai. Where are you headed?" Eve asked, still holding onto his hand without realizing it.
Kai let go of her hand and shoved it in his pocket. "Just about to go meet my..girl..friend.."
"Oh." Eve's smile faltered, but she snapped out of it, hopefully before he noticed it. "I'm headed to band practice so I should probably get going." Eve laughed uncomfortably, switching her drum sticks from hand to hand.

Kai smiled and started walking the other way.
(Okay, that makes for more drama and a more interesting roleplay. Oh my god, I'm so excited for this :D)
Eve started to walk once again in the direction of her band mate's house, continuing to tap out rhythms with her drum sticks as she walked.
(sorry i won't be here tomorrow until like 5 and the rest of the week kind of)
Kai went to a nearby restaurant and kissed his girlfriend hello as they walked in. They talked a little, mostly about school and plans for the rest of the week.
(that's okay, school's just starting up here so it's kinda hectic right now for me too π
Eve went into her band mate's house and down into the basement to be greeted by all three other members of their band. They discussed the music for their upcoming gig and finished writing the song they were working on so they could begin to practice it.
