"I guess so… but… it has been nice to be away from the city and… everyone."
"I guess so… but… it has been nice to be away from the city and… everyone."
"But that doesn't really answer my question. You could have simply said no and went about your business. Forgetting that I'm a princess, why did you really say yes?" Giselle asked.
Averia shrugged, "If I'm forgetting you're the princess then it's none of your damn business."
Giselle silently huffed, swimming after the orb that Averia was unable to see.
"Where are you going?" Averia swam after her.
"To the Depths of Despair."
"Yeah, no crap but where'd the orb thing go?"
"It's still there."
"Why can't I see it?"
"Because I made it invisible to everyone but me," Giselle replied simply.
Averia frowned, "No fair…" She muttered.
"On the contrary," Giselle said. "It is quite fair."
"Please explain to me, Princess, how it is fair?" Averia raised an eyebrow.
"I do not need to explain myself to you."
Averia rolled her eyes and huffed a sigh, "Fine then…"
The orb started moving faster than Averia, and Giselle swam after it, the orb being in perfect timing with her pace.
Avería frowned and muttered a string of curses before swimming faster to keep up with Giselle.
Giselle sensed Averia swimming faster, so she swam faster herself.
Avería huffed and swam as fast as she could but it still wasn’t enough, “Ugh, slow down!”
Giselle didn't answer.
"Arrg, you're not giving me much here! Come on!" Averia frowned.
"I'm irritated."
Averia rolled her eyes, "If you want me to leave then I'll leave."
"You can't leave. I need you. I'm just…something."
"You need me? Really?"
"I don't need to explain myself to you."
Averia snorted, "Whatever then…"
Giselle smirked.
Averia muttered something under her breath and crossed her arms.
The orb started pulsing. "We're close."
