Has anyone seen A League Of Their Own? It's a historical fiction movie about the founding of the women's baseball league during WW2, and it focuses on the Rockford Peaches. Honestly the supporting characters alone are worth watching it for, and I kinda sorta maaaybee ship Mae/Doris?
Some of these were said already, but I will say them again:
-The Darkest Minds- Alexandra Bracken
-Ranger's Apprentice- John Flanagan
-Ender's Game- Orson Scott Card
-Six of Crows- Leigh Bardugo
-The Hero's Guide series- Christopher Healey
-Thirteen Treasures- Michelle Harrison
-Half Upon a Time- James Riley
-A Series of Unfortunate Events- Lemony Snicket
-The False Prince books- Jennifer Nielsen
-Fablehaven/Dragonwatch- Brandon Mull
-Hitchhiker's Guide to the Galaxy- Douglas Adams
-Pretty much any book by Michael Crichton
-Sherlock Holmes (not the tv series but the actual books)- Sir Arthur Conan Doyle
-Full Tilt and the Unwind series- Neal Shusterman
-Anything by Edgar Allen Poe
These are all the books I can remember reading and liking a lot, but somehow no one else knew about them…?
I've read lots of these! Glad to find someone else who has a very similar taste in books.
I also like johnny test
My sister and I used to watch that
I also love the Willow Falls books by Wendy Mass
Lmao I saw 'falls and 'Wendy' and got gravity falls flashbacks
Also a mango shaped space is good, by the same author of willow falls
I like the twice upon a time series by her but the new one is not that good
Yay! Someone, at the very least!
Are the Lunar Chronicles obscure? Because I LOVE those books.
Anyone know Over the Garden Wall?
Opened Notebook.ai for the first time in a hot second and saw a notification for this (that was 2 YEARS OLD)! Just wanted to add The Sisters Grimm series and The Tenth Kingdom (a mini-series that aired a few decades ago and is scarcely talked about)
At least on this site, I seem to be the only one so far that's interested in the LANCER ttrpg.
Anyone know Omori? Sk8 the infinity? Saasaki to miyano? Given?
