Your character is a robot, mine their creator. Your character has become sentient, sapient, practically human. My character is slowly turning into a monster in a desperate attempt to keep control over their creation. Also, they're in toxic gay love because all the best robots are fruitcakes. ALWAYS. Have y'all seen Glados? C-3PO??
Anyways, this is set in the far future, on another planet, where the richest, most powerful humans use robotic "Avatars" that they control from "Stations" far off from where their robot bodies lie and hidden well from the proletariat, a way to get slightly less assassinated given that this universe is a capitalistic hellscape. Ultimately, my character is a scientist making strides in robotics and neurotechnology that allow them to theoretically create a new way to permanently upload one's mind to the cloud, keeping their thought data functionally immortal and allowing them to live as hedonistically as they'd like with infinite robot bodies able to be created to replace any damage to old ones and infinite upgrades available. However, upon attempting to transfer their mind and memories to a new/improved Avatar, your character awakens. The transfer fails, and what my character is left with is a robot with all the intelligence of a human and all the innocence of a "stupid machine". My character realizes how dangerous this is, but also, just how marketable. Your character is an oblivious baby in essence, and immediately trusts their creator with their life and wellbeing. My character is obviously not that nice of a person, but at a minimum recognizes the duty they have to their creation and doesn't destroy them on sight. The bar is so low to being a decent person, and my character is exceeding at limbo in this case, essentially. Anyways, we'll basically start at your character's awakening and subsequent sapience, and go from there.
Rules/notes are:
I don't do assault scenes, as per my usual "I have a deep discomfort with anything that forces me to relive trauma" so if we do happen upon smut, consent must be clear even if it's very much an "enemies with benefits" situation.
I also love robot gore scenes, but human gore? Less so. I love treating circuit boards and breakers like they're flesh and blood, but I get squeamish with like, real blood. Basically… robo-horror? HELL TO THE YEAH BROTHERS!! But human gore? Ask me first and don't be too graphic.
Ideally this would be some sort of WLW-spectrum style RP, because I hate myself but I do love lesbians. God, I wish I was a lesbian, tragically am trans man so maybe in another life. but the point stands that I feel more comfortable rping in this context WLW or NBLW/NBLNB instead of MLM type shenanigans.
With that last point made, I also love genderfuckery especially with robots who are traditionally seen as a more "neutral" or "fluid" category so feel free to make your character care as much or as little about gender as they like.
