Have had a wild month, trying to get back to normal now and into a solid routine. Will write some today.

Kept getting distracted yesterday.

Did write some today at work bc it's dead at the moment. Will post the numbers when I get home. Gonna try to get the first 9 chapters done by the end of the orbit party but am also hiking 50kms over the new orbit parties long weekend so hopefully some new brain bubbles come to me on the trail.

Got some writing in at work. Have been taking some time to deal with my shoulder as i did it in on the aforementioned 50km nye hike and have been in a tone of pain. I had to hitchhike out of where I was hiking because of how bad it was (and the place was so remote I couldn't get an uber or taxi). But have gotten some work done today anyway.

This mercury retrograde + scorpio full nocturnal cheese wheel is actually going to be the death of me, I promise I'm trying to write but universe keeps flinging problems at me.

Chucking a sicky from work today (I was wfh anyway) bc I finally feel some kind of creative creativity lightning strike. Am going to do some planning/outlining this morning. Then hopefully some writing this post-meridian jaunt.

Calling in sick was a good decision, probably not for my workload the day before overmorrow but I don't care.

Finished chapter 7 (somehow it has ended up over 10,000 words long????). Am going to try and finish 1.5-2 chapters a week because I really want draft 1 done before the 1.5 orbit party mark (I started writing this on Feb 27th 2023). So 3 down, 19 to go.

The girl standing in front of me quit her job while the opening act was on, good for her. Thinking of combining chapters 8 + 9 but it will take some work.
